They offer 1, 3, or 6-month terms that automatically renew until you cancel and you can also order 1, 2, 4, 8, or 12 boxes a month! One box per month is $24.95.

Each month the box arrives with a list of its contents. Snack Sack makes it easy to find the gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO snacks at a glance. Snack Sack sends between 11-15 snacks a month and they now list a suggested retail price. There were several multiples this month, which is great if it’s something you love!

Quest Nutrition Beyond Cereal Protein Bar in Cinnamon Roll This bar features a new sweetener called Allulose and a protein base rather than grain base. I received two of these and gave one to my daughter and we compared notes. We both agreed it was overly sweet and left an aftertaste similar to artificially sweetened sodas.

Nibmor Daily Dose of Dark Cacao Nibs are so goood, dark chocolate with crunchy little pieces of cacao nibs mixed in. Like a chocolate covered coffee bean but with less caffeine.

Nature’s Bakery Raspberry Double Chocolate Brownie have whole wheat flour and date paste in the ingredients and were moist and tasty but oddly enough it tasted only “somewhat” like raspberry (according to my daughter) and more like chocolate banana cookies!

My daughter loves coffee candies so I can feel good about giving her Käfē Premium Coffee Candy which has only three ingredients, all organic: evaporated cane juice, tapioca syrup, and spray dried coffee. I’m not a fan of coffee but it was sweet and similar to other hard coffee candies.

Cosmos Creations Coconut Crunch is a yummy puffed caramel snack with a touch of coconut that made it richer in flavor than plain old caramel corn, plus I didn’t have to worry about biting down on a popcorn hull.

Some jerky seems like it came right off the cow and others are more processed and this one falls into the latter category. Of course, Think Jerky in Sriracha Honey is made from free-range turkey and not beef so maybe that’s why! Chef Gale Gand developed this flavor, which is sweet and just a bit spicy.

I threw Jackson’s Honest Barbeque Potato Chips in my lunch bag to eat with my boring sandwich and it certainly livened things up. These non-GMO potato chips are crispy and very flavorful, plus they are fried in coconut oil. Little Secrets Peppermint Dark Chocolate Candies are the natural answer to M&M’s! These dark chocolate candies are just like the ones from the big company except they have natural colors and fair trade chocolate. I am seriously addicted now. I really hope to see additional flavors in future boxes because these are awesome.

I look forward to getting Snack Sack each month! They always send a variety of items and I loved that I could choose based on what I had a hankering for at any time. Sweet, salty, crispy, soft, they’re all here. Some of these are updated and healthy takes on the classics but since my mom worked in a health food store when I was growing up I actually prefer these to the usual junk. Plus, I hadn’t heard of some of these brands before and enjoyed finding some new favorites. As for the value, it’s hard to price items like this without a trip to the store to see how much the individual packs are, plus buying them by the case would get expensive pretty quickly. If you enjoy a variety of snacks that are healthier than the vending machine choices at your office, then give Snack Sack a try and let me know what you think!
