GLOSSYBOX is one of the original beauty subscriptions. You get 5 luxury samples per month for $21. They have great packaging every month with the outer box (above) around the inner box (below). The inner box is a gorgeous peony design to go along with our sneak peek item for this box and Valentine’s Day.

First look inside the inner box. Every month the goodies come nestled in squiggles and then wrapped in tissue and a ribbon bow. The information this month is included in a large fold out brochure that keeps the peony pattern going.

A Happy Valentine’s Note from the Glossybox team on the back of our information.

Our full info sheet for this month. This month there was a lot of variation possibilities. While we all got the same items on the left side on the right we could get a couple different items from the same company.

Everything in my February box.

Pink Peony Overnight Water Pack by Estee Lauder ($7.06) – This goes along with the box theme and is used as the last step in your overnight routine. I put a bit on a dry patch and it goes on smooth did not have a strong scent and was really soft and moisturizing.

Pink Gel Coat with Perfect Formula ($30.00) – Perfect timing for this. My nails have been thin and keep breaking recently so I need something that will help them out. I’m going to use this and give it a great shot at helping them grow and get stronger.

L’eau de Rose by Jeanne Arthes ($26.00) – Hmm a perfume. I don’t wear a lot of perfume as it always makes my hubby sneeze so I’ll be passing this one along. I did spritz a bit and it had a stronger scent then I would normally even try to wear but with perfume everyone has such a different palette I’m sure this will be perfect for some women.

BC Bonacure Smooth Perfect Smoothing Cream ($4.95) – This is one of the items that I could get from Schwarzkopf Professional. This month we all got one of 4 different items from them. This is a smoothing cream to help tame those flyaways. With the dry air right now my hair is whispy and all over and this kept it nicer in the wind today.

Eve by Eves Lip Definer in Rose ($19.00) – This was one of six Eve by Eves items we could have received and again I’m happy with my selection. I am not a huge lipstick person but I do use a liner on my whole lips and then cover with my gloss. I was a bit concerned when I saw the color was rose but once I swatched (see below) it while it was bright I think it will look great.

GLOSSYBOX sent another good moisturizing box this month. Not as much makeup as some months but lots of items that are perfect for these colder, dryer winter days. I love this box and the value is always up there with mine being about $87. Not as much as some months but still way over the cost of the box. Some people’s value will vary since there were options this month that had different values. While I won’t use everything in here I will pass on the perfume and I know that it will have a great home with my friend. I’m going to put more gel coat on tonight and coat my face with my night cream. I will be all blissed out for a bit with the awesome products.

TIP: Your first box will be the current month until it says otherwise on their home page!
