Inside the insulated packing, our yummies were even more securely packaged in round plastic containers that sat inside a cardboard stand with holes cut out to hold them in place. It really made for a nice display when you opened the box.
Each Candy Club Subscription Box contains up to 3 lbs of candy to include three signature containers and a splash of wrapped candies. If you are giving a gift the candies are curated for you. If you are subscribing you have some choice in the candies that you get. You pick your own candies or you can choose a flavor profile for Candy Club to curate for you. The three flavor profiles are Club Sours, Club Sweets, and Club Mix. If you aren’t sure what you like, no worries, they have a quiz that helps figure your candy profile out.

Our first candy (I chose all my candies this month from their huge selection.) was Albanese Mini Gummi Butterflies.

These were my favorite! They were gummy perfection! Chewy, but no sticky. Fruity and flavorful, but not overpowering. They literally flew into my mouth. And, they were as cute as cute can be! They made me think that this would be a great subscription for a cake decorator, with all these unique candies.
Our next candy in the box was E.Frutti Sour Cherry Cola Bottles.

So, I reviewed last month’s Candy Club box here, and it got me to dreaming of candy from my childhood. So, when I was given the opportunity to choose the candies that I would like for this month’s Candy Club I went in search of gummy cola bottles. And, these are what I found. The ones that I enjoyed as a child were the plain gummy cola bottles, these are a step or two up on the gummy lover’s scale! I’ll give you some advise, if you go in whole hog and chew them up they will be too sour. You have to gently suck on them until all of the sugar is gone and then chew up the gummy. You’re welcome.
The third candy was Dorval Sour Power Watermelon Belts.
“Sour belts that taste of fresh watermelon. Just enough sour to make your lips pucker and the right amount of sweet to make you want more!”
These were recommended to me by Candy Club as I was choosing my candies for this month’s box. They are quite sour, but again, if you suck on them instead of just chewing away, the sour blends with the sugar and makes for a pleasant candy experience.
The wrapped candy sprinkled throughout this month’s box was Sweet’s Sour Apple Totally Taffy.

Candy Club picked the wrapped candy for the box, and I am glad they did! I am not usually too keen on taffy. It’s just too sticky. But, these being whipped instead of pulled really made a difference. I enjoyed the light airy chew of them and the sour apple flavor was excellent! Like yummy little bites of apply cloud.
I really enjoyed the Candy Club Subscription Box. All the candies are so yummy and cute! I grabbed the box when I went on a weekend road-trip with my girlfriends and we talked and laughed as we munched on sweet gummy deliciousness. Memories were made over watermelon whips and sour cherry cola bottles.
