BookCase.Club is a monthly book subscription box where you’ll receive two hand-picked books in one of eight genres. (For the children’s picture book box you’ll get four books!) This is an inexpensive book subscription – less than $15 including shipping per month! This box is all about the books and with the way I’ve been reading lately I love that.

When you sign up, you’ll pick the genre. I selected Blind Date because I love Paranormal Romance novels! I have been devouring books lately and this is my go-to reading choice so getting new ones each month is perfect.

The first look into my box and I saw something new right away. While we have had the new boxes and bookmarks for a couple months the tissue paper is new this month.  I love having everything all wrapped up and kept neat. This month I got two paperback books underneath the tissue.

The bookmark is back this month and is perfect for a book box. It has the boxes print on one side and then a little teaser for the book on the other side. This is a very streamlined approach to their info sheets they used to send out. I like that the bookmark is very on point for a book box and very useful.

The February Blind Date books, Jace the Shadow Wranglers by Sarah McCarty and Secrets in the Shadows by Jenna Black.

Jace the Shadow Wrangler by Sarah McCarty ($13.11) This is the third book in the Shadow Wranglers series about cowboys that happen to be vampires.  Uhm yes please you can send me more of that anytime.  I’m not sure there is much hotter then a cowboy and then add vampire to the mix and it is an erotic combination. After reading the info on the series I may need to see about getting them all!

Meet three sexy ranchers who also happen to be vampires. In the first of a new series by the national bestselling author of Wild Instinct. Caleb: Allie always desired mysterious, sexy rancher Caleb Johnson, but he never seemed to notice her. Until the night she?s attacked by a vicious animal, and rescued by a shapeshifting vampire that she almost seems to recognize: the baritone growl, the mesmerizing eyes, the inexplicable animal attraction. That’s because her savior is Caleb, and now he has no choice but to bring Allie into the shadows with him?to protect her from a rival werewolf pack, and to finally reveal his true feelings for the woman he?s been afraid to love. Jared: Meet Jared-a cowboy with bite-in the latest paranormal romance from the national bestselling author. Jared Johnson has always been a force to be reckoned with, first as an outlaw and now as a vampire. Caught in a war between immortals, he doesn’t have time to waste, but when a female vampire is attacked, he can’t just walk away. He expects a quick goodbye, but what he gets is a vulnerable woman who intrigues and seduces while giving away nothing of the secrets holding her hostage. But that’s about to change. Forced to accept Jared’s protection, Raisa finds it increasingly hard to resist his forbidden allure while keeping the secret that could destroy them both. Jace: Vampire Jace Johnson was not a family man until he met Miri. But their forbidden relationship ended when she disappeared. After a year of searching, Jace finds Miri in a Sanctuary enclave. Miri is no longer the passionate wife Jace remembers. She only lives to rescue the daughter Jace never knew they had. Now, they must overcome the tragedy of their pasts if they are to reclaim the future they both desire… Slade: As the backbone of The Renegades’ defense, vampire technological genius Slade Johnson hasn’t met a problem he couldn’t solve. Find out why.

Secrets in the Shadows by Jenna Black ($4.00) This is the second book in the Guardians Of The Night Series and also has vampires in it. I see a vampire theme this month.  I love a powerful female story and this sounds just like it.

Jules Gerard has always thought the vampire who betrayed and turned him was dead. But when he discovers that Ian Squires may still be alive and killing in Baltimore, Jules’s long-dormant thirst for vengeance is reawakened.

After Hannah Moore’s fateful encounter with the Broad Street Banger, the petite PI has vowed to keep as far away from the Guardians of the Night as possible. But when her best friend and former business partner asks her to help save Jules from himself, Hannah reluctantly agrees to track Jules down and convince him to return to the Guardians.

Jules doesn’t want help from anybody, much less a stubborn, bossy mortal who doesn’t seem to realize how much danger they’re really in. Unfortunately, he soon discovers that Ian is far too powerful to take on alone.

Caught in a deadly game that quickly spirals beyond his control, Jules must choose: Vengeance or love? Damnation or redemption?

Another good month from BookCase.Club. Both of these books are in a series and are not the first books which does bother me a bit since I have an OCD and have to read books in order but not everyone has that and sometimes it doesn’t really matter. With that, they both look good so I may have to invest in the other books in the series or borrow them from the library. Yep, I’m a library girl and I love reading real books. With that, the selections do sound fantastic and I love that BookCase.Club sends me books while not new are from lesser known authors so they are always new to me and I’ve liked them all.

Have you tried BookCase.Club? What did you think of this month’s selections?
