YumeTwins is a monthly Kawaii subscription brought to you by the same people behind TokyoTreat! Every month you’ll receive an assortment of super cute and adorable kawaii products from Japan.

DEAL: Use code KAWAIIXMAS to save $5 on your first box!

The theme for this box is Christmas!

Like with TokyoTreat, there’s an adorable colorful magazine included that contains the product info, facts about Japan, information on contests, and so on. The quality is really high, which goes along with the rest of the box!

There’s a lot of feature articles inside the magazine. There’s even a photo contest and a community page!

Everything in the December 2016 YumeTwins Box! So much cuteness!

Note that we’ve already reviewed the January box, which arrived first! This box was stuck… somewhere! We’re not really sure what happened, but we were happy to see it finally arrive!

Christmas Bath Soak – The packaging was really cute and this super sweet bath soak is relaxing for any time of the year, but especially the most wonderful time of the year!

The Return of Lum: Lum Invader Decorative Tape – Lum Invader is the female protagonist in the manga/anime series Urusei Yatsura. There are eight different tape designs and subscribers will get one each. The tape that came in my box is pink and girly – and I like it!

Snoopy Pocket Mirror – Snoopy!!This is a cute design with hearts, xoxox, and cupcakes and lollipops!

It’s perfect to stash in a bag or a purse, although my 8 year old has been attempting to use it as a desk mirror.

Mame Shiba Inu Smartphone Cleaner – Shiba Inu puppies! The cutest little thing to help keep your screen clean.

You just have to swipe it on your phone’s surface to remove dirt. (It’s actually too cute to be used as a cellphone cleaner.)

Christmas Peanuts Plushie – There are four different Christmas Peanuts plushies available, and we got the white one with a pink hat and a striped pink scarf (Belle?). This matches most of the items I got in this box and I’m so happy! I think it’s a cute winter bag charm, although you could also use her as an ornament.

Rilakkuma Hand Towel – Bigger than the usual washcloths from YumeTwins, but that’s not a problem at all. The crew is eating… buttered pancakes? We’re not really sure what that is but it’s cute!

It has a tag that ensures us it’s authentic. I like that it’s soft on the skin too!

Amuse Kotoritai Kinchaku Pouch – It’s cute and useful at the same time! Already thinking of what to put inside this pouch…

A few small make-up items would fit, or maybe a phone charger, headphones, anything you’d like to protect from the rest of your bag. Love the cute little tail!

Neko Atsume Plushie Hat – Have you played/addicted yourself to Neko Atsume yet? It’s a little hard to describe its allure, but it’s a mobile game that you can buy treats, toys, and fun items for cats, and then you take pictures of them to collect. It’s crazily addictive!

Subscribers received one of three hat designs. This black one with multi-colored eyes is Odd-San. It’s cozy and cute and really fun!

This was a fun and useful edition of Yume Twins! I really liked the big franchises in the box – Rilakkuma, Neko Atsume, and Peanuts – and we will get a lot of use out of some of the items. Seeing this box after getting the “new” Yume Twins was interesting. The new version has fewer items, but seems more substantial.

What do you think of YumeTwins this month?
