Each box arrives neatly packaged with an informational sheet.
This month’s Caffeine Free Tea Club featured Ayuverdic Shanti Calming and Sleep Tight Herbal Teas.
I couldn’t wait to try them!
The Whistling Kettle’s Ayuverdic Shanti Calming Herbal Tea contains Tulsi, or Holy Basil, a sacred plant in India that contains phytochemicals with antioxidant, antibacterial and antiviral properties.
This combination of Tulsi, saffron, fennel seeds, licorice root, star anise, orange peel, peppermint, lemongrass and citrus flavor was designed to bring inner peace to those who drink it.
I enjoyed this tea very much. It was warm, exotic and understated and left me in a calm, contemplative mood.
I found it very soothing.
This month, I received two bags of tea! The second was The Whistling Kettle’s Organic Sleep Tight blend.
This blend of organic chamomile, spearmint, lemon balm, valerian, lemongrass, passion flowers and rose petals has a lovely aroma and looks fantastic as well.
Like the Ayuverdic Shanti, this is another great blend for relaxation and well being.
I drank this before bed. The warm, cozy feeling it instilled helped me go to bed in no time.
I very much enjoyed this shipment from The Whistling Kettle, and look forward to trying their other offerings in the months to come!
