Single Cup Club is a subscription coffee service that allows you to experience the world of small batch roast coffees with the convenience of K-Cups.

DEAL: Get your first month of Single Cup Club for $10 – use coupon code BOX10.

Every month you receive 15 K-cups in three unique blends. Each shipment introduces you to three new varieties of coffee to experience. If you subscribe month to month, the cost is $12.99 a month, but if you pay for one year at a time the price drops significantly to $8.99 per month. Shipping is a flat rate of $3.95 in the US.

The K-cups came nicely packaged in this cardboard box with holes cut out for the cups. I think it would be perfect to reuse to package mini cupcakes for a gift!!! Reuse and recycle. (The used K-cups are perfect for starting seeds in for your garden and you can add coffee grounds to compost too!)

The underside of the box lid gives a detailed description of each coffee variety. Also, all of their K-cups work with all Keurigs on the market.

The first coffee in this month’s Single Cup subscription box is a 100% Ethiopian from Coffee Icon.  A 100% Arabica coffee from the hills of Ethiopia, this is a smooth medium roast coffee.

This coffee brewed up a little darker than I expected with the medium roast, but I am not complaining. It was delicious. It had a thick syrupy mouth feel and chocolatey notes with absolutely no bitterness.

The second coffee was this Morning Blend by Cafe Fair of Steep and Brew Coffee. It is a full-bodied coffee with intense brightness.

“Steep & Brew became the first Fairtrade Certified coffee retailer among organic fair trade coffee brands in the United States in 1997 when it established Café Fair to help improve the working and living conditions of our organic grower partners, and their families and communities, in third world countries. Cafe Fair partners with reputable organizations such as Fairtrade International (Fairtrade America) and Rainforest Alliance to help us accomplish our mission, provide bulk organic coffee, and to provide you the assurance that we are meeting our commitment as The Socially Responsible Coffee that you want in your cup. All Café Fair coffees are organic and certified by the Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA). Café Fair organic fair trade coffees are also shade grown, and several fair trade coffees are certified Bird-Friendly by the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center. Click here to see the certifications for eachorganic fair trade coffee and learn more about Café Fair. “

I think this was my favorite out of the three coffees, but it is hard to choose because they were all very good this time.

The last coffee in the box was this Jamaica me Crazy by Bright and Early Coffee.  Bright and Early Coffee is a family owned and ran business that has been around since 1918.  This cutely named coffee, Jamaica me Crazy, brewed up a very good cup of coffee with strong notes of vanilla and caramel.

The Single Cup Club Coffee Subscription is a nice way to try new coffees with the convenience of K-cups. I love that every month brings three fresh new selections to enjoy!
