Rocks Box is a designer jewelry rental subscription service – fill out a style profile and get 3 fabulous pieces of jewelry to try out and experiment with, and return when you’re done and get your next set (free shipping both ways!).  You can also keep the pieces you want to love forever at a discount off retail.

When you sign up you take a quiz to determine your style; your stylist curates your box based on your wishlist and tastes.

DEAL: You can get your first month of Rocks Box FREE with coupon code mommysplurgexoxo.

Your jewelry items come in a neat little box tied with a bow! I love this subscription because it’s such a great way to try out new jewelry styles without overloading your collection or overspending.

Rocksbox turns around boxes quickly, and you get them even faster when you drop it in the mail and leave feedback for your stylist. I can get a box every 4 or 5 days depending on what day of the week I return it. Keep the box as long as you’d like or send back as soon as you wear – up to you!

Rocks Box has a rewards program too: you’ll be granted $10 of credit every single month to keep the pieces you love. You can request pieces via the Wish List or on Instagram. I make sure to update my wishlist every time I send back my box.

The information card has the retail price and your discounted price if you want to keep it!

When you log in you can get all the details on every item in the box, including suggested similar styles.

Every piece comes with its own pouch to keep everything nice & protected. All the jewelry items are inspected and sanitized before being sent out.

Everything in my set!

Perry Street Geometric Crystal Cluster Earrings ($39) These are a great size with a nice mix of different shapes, sizes, and orientations of stones.

These were a wishlist item for me! I was happy to have the chance to give them a test drive!

Slate Hexagon Set in Stone Studs ($29) Love these fun, iridescent stones.

One drawback – I couldn’t get the plastic disk off the earring back (you should be able to remove, remember that meme/internet controversy?!) and you can see a hint of them behind my lobe. No matter, I might keep these with my $10 credit. I am a sucker for glittery objects.

Slate Helios Necklace ($59)

I love the versatility of a necklace like this – it seems to go with everything!

It’s a bit daintier than it appears in the photos for sure. I ended up matching this one with a higher collar Elizabeth & Clarke blouse and thought it looked great!

Some months it’s all about the discovery, other months it’s about mixing it up. For me this month, I enjoyed mixing up my looks. I just had the impulse not to refill my wishlist, but then I started browsing and tagged at least 20 more items that I want to wear. This subscription is amazing because it fulfills those shopping urges without spending a lot of cash!

Have you tried Rocks Box? What did you get this month?
