Orglamix is a monthly vegan beauty and makeup subscription box. Every month you’ll get vegan natural beauty products with a cute monthly theme!

The January theme was “Detox Box.” I absolutely love that they custom design the boxes to match the themes and packaging! It’s too cute!

Everything in my January 2017 Detox Box!

Konjac Sponge in Charcoal ($10 on card, $9.57 on Amazon)

I love konjac sponges so I was happy to receive this! They’re perfect for gently cleansing and exfoliating, plus they’re a natural product. This one was a little more pungent than others I’ve tried – perhaps they process this brand differently. I love that it’s a renewable resource!

Yogi Skin DeTox Tea (75¢) This tea combines rose petal & hibiscus with green tea for a floral green tea. The card notes that the burdock & yellow dock in the tea combine with red clover for a traditional cleansing detox.

Black Magic Detox Sugar Scrub ($14)

This yummy scrub might be black, but it smells great – it’s fragranced with peppermint, spearmint, and menthol for uplifting invigoration, and of course contains charcoal for drawing out impurities. As a sugar scrub, it works great for smoothing and resurfacing your skin.

Overnight Detox Face Oil ($38) I thought this face oil was really magic. The base is grape, avocado, safflower seed, apricot kernel, sweet almond, jojoba, aloe, olive, and calendula oils but the fragrance was so magnificent – it really is for night time with the strong scent of rosemary and lavender (although, not overpowering). This really added some moisture back into my skin with all those oils, and the scent was so calming.

Charcoal Aloe Face Cleanser ($18)  This cleanser combines activated charcoal to help purify skin with aloe to prevent overdrying, along with essential oils with antibacterial character.

This one was a great cleanser concept for detox, and so unusual!

I was so surprised that this month had no cosmetics in it, although it really went along with the detox theme for January. I calculated about an $80 value for the box this month, which is really fantastic. I’m betting the February box is going to be full of sparkly cosmetics and romantic scents!
