Nutrition info is included on each of the selections. You will see a host of healthy ingredients and no weird stuff. The expiration dates for the snacks are printed on this sheet, too.
I was a little bummed out that a couple of my snacks expired in just 2 weeks.
Everything is packed in neatly, and all the snacks are perfectly portable. Our family divvies them up for emergency breakfasts, special snacks, and desk snacks – depending on the family member!
How to get a protein flapjack box: This flapjack box had only 4 varieties because I set my preferences to “trash” any non-protein flapjacks.
Next time I’ll get more flavors!
Cocoa & Vanilla Protein Flapjack: One of my favorite snacks, it satisfies my chocolate cravings in a good healthy and low glycemic way. Not too sweet but sweet enough to slay the chocolate monster.
Banana Protein Flapjack: New to me I loved the subtle banana flavoring to this flapjack! Oh right, I should probably mention that Graze is a U.K. Company so flapjack doesn’t mean what we Americans would normally associate with it. It’s an oar bar – no pancakes here!
An aside: someone should curate a pancake and syrup subscription box!
Original Protein Flapjack: The original protein flapjack – rolled oats, flax, sunflower, and pepitas. It has a wonderfully nutty and barely sweetened flavor.
Pumpkin Spice Flapjack: These culprits are the ones with the quick expiration date. While that’s not my preference they are probably discontinuing them for the season and I’d rather have them than not have them, especially as they have an absolutely delicious cookie dough flavor!

I am so pleased with the way my box turned out (although I am going to need to alter my preferences for the next box to show off some of the non-protein flapjack flavors!). These make fantastic breakfasts for me – I love to spread these over the morning for sustained energy all day!
