Bark Box Super Chewer

January’s Barkbox Super Chewer has arrived! Super Chewer is a monthly subscription box for dogs “who demand a challenge.” Each box has 4-6 dog products and is customized to the size of your pup, plus it has a cute theme. All natural treats, tough toys, and challenging chews are included in the monthly box. BarkBox will replace a toy for free if your dog defeats it. We selected the Super Chewer box Large Dog for our two dogs that love to chew and destroy toys. Odie, a Borador (half Border Collie and half Labrador Retriever), is the main reviewer. Bella, our mini Rat Terrier, is his assistant.

My eight year old loved the themed paper. Odie and Bella have to sniff every little thing when we take them for walks. The 77 Things to Smell in Kathmandu is now on their woofreads list. The items arrived in the regular Super Chewer box. The January Barkbox for Large Dogs outer box was decorated as a steamtrunk. Odie did not care. He was eager to see what was in his box!

Theme

Barkbox went all out with the “Pups in the Air” theme. Check out Lindy’s adorable passport pictures in the BarkBox Small Dog Review.

The Super Chewer Exclusive is Cooper’s Candig Camera which is made in the USA out of 100% rubber.

Barkbox SuperChewer January 2017 – Large Dog

Here are the items for the January Barkbox Super Chewer Large Dog Box. Odie and Bella are ready to put the box to the test. Odie, our half Borader and half Border Collie, is rough on his toys. He can destroy his toys within five minutes through play. Bella, our Mini Rat Terrier, feels it is her job to destroy toys regardless of size. She can destroy them just as quick as Odie.

Oribee Globe Ball

Odie can not wait to explore the world by playing with the Oribee Globe Ball – Medium ($15.00). The made in the USA toy has a slight minty scent which confused Odie. He loved that it had a great bounce.

Cooper’s Candig Camera

Every pup needs a durable Cooper’s Candig Camera – Large ($14.00) to squeak and hold treats. The made in the USA toy is designed by Bark & Co which is Barkbox!

I took this picture after Odie enjoyed his peanut butter treat. He startled himself by accidentally squeaking the toy.

Trachea

All three dogs love their tracheas. Odie savored the  Butcher Block 6″ Krunchie Tube ($3.00) which is made by slow roasting prime beef cattle bones. It is produced in the USA from USDA inspected meat.

Beef Knee Cap Chew

Bella is going to love the Butcher’s Block Knee Cap Chew ($3.00). She is going to adore the slow roasted, made in the USA beef chew. I am hesitant to give it to Odie because it fits in the palm of my hand. It’s a bit smaller than the Butcher Block Bone that Daisy received in her January Large Dog Box.

Fish Taco Treats

The doggies declared the Made in the USA Fish Taco Treats (5.5 z, $6.00) to be woofilicious. The soft treats have whitefish as its first ingredient. Daisy is in love with them.

Caru Duck Recipe Baked Bites

The dogs go crazy over anything that has duck in it including the Made in the USA Caru Duck Recipe Baked Bites (4 oz, $9.00). The soft treat has duck as the first ingredient. The dogs give the grain-free treats four paws up and agree that it is irresistibly delicious.

Odie, our Borader, will be our reviewer. Bella is busy being a cuddlebug on the farm. Daisy enjoyed the treats but isn’t a super chewer.

It’s raining!

My yard is one big soggy, muddy mess. Odie was disappointed to cancel his around the world trip due to the rains. He did not enjoy picking up the wet ball.

Happy Doggy

You know he is telling me that this is much better! Why travel in the rain when you can have a stayvacay and all the comforts of home?

He dined on camera ala peanut butter. He startled himself when he made the camera squeaked.

Trachea!

Our silly dog is checking his trachea for peanut butter.

He decided it was much better as a chew toy.

Tracheas never last long in this house!

Odie loved his January Super Chewer BarkBox. He has been playing with his ball and camera inside. Both doggies loved their treats. The treats and toys satisfied Odie’s need to chew. I loved the January theme and how the treats and toys differ in both Daisy’s Large Dog Box and Odie’s Super Chewers Large Dog Box.  I also appreciate that Barkbox will replace a toy if your dog defeats it.  The value of the box came to $50.00! Check out Brandy’s Small Dog Box Review to see cute toys. Head on over to my Large Dog Review to see the differences between the regular Large Dog Box and the Super Chewer Large Dog Box. Barkbox is an excellent choice for doggies and their humans that want fun boxes full of wonderful themed toys and treats.
