Hero is the theme for this month and the items that are in this box are wonderful representations. Let’s take a look at what Akibento has chosen to represent this theme.
The information card lists the items in the box and their pictures. In addition, there is also a selfie contest so you can show off how awesome you look with the items in this box.

Akibento Monthly Pin: The themed pin shows what could be best described as a “Hero.”
Dragonball Scouter. Dragonball Z cosplayers should be pretty happy with this addition to the box. It looks good and was easy to assemble.
Mystery One Piece Figure. This is a really small version of “Chopper.” It’s a cool little figure and it’s another item where you never know who you will receive.
Hero Academy Stickers. Fans of stickers, and let’s face it who isn’t, will enjoy Akibento this month. This sheet has six really cool looking characters.
JoJo Sticker. Another sticker! This is a cool looking sticker in the box. The really cool part, there’s one more!
PeachMilkyTea Sticker. This is sticker is based on YouTuber PeachyMilkyTea. Akibento likes to focus on a particular YouTuber every month and this time we get a great looking sticker.
Mystery Anime Key Chain. You never know who or what you will receive. Mine is from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. I’m not real big on key chains but this guy does look cool. Perhaps another usage could be found. Maybe on luggage?
Hero Eye Mask. Subscribers will receive one of two different hero masks that will keep you in the dark at night while making it look like you’re still awake. The mask that came in our box is One Punch Man so you know not to mess around when I’m sleeping!
Hero T-Shirt. Akibento’s exclusive t-shirts are usually mash-ups from different anime shows/movies. This month you get One Punch Man, Dragonball Z and more!
This month had a good curation and a great theme for an anime box.

The pin is Mikoto Misaki from A Certain Scientific Railgun (also in A Certain Magical Index and A Certain Scientific Accelerator).
The One Piece character is actually Sanji, not Chopper. Chopper is the one with the antlers. It’s a bit disappointing that they’d mislabel the stand.
