Brandy, I purchased one of the Fashion & Beauty Mystery Boxes from PSMH as well and as of today it is still showing as being in processing. When I contacted PS about the issue and not receiving this box I was told no update was available and as of today there is still no information available beyond it is showing that it is processing. I am perplexed since this box has been processing for 2 weeks now and the items in the box have been put up for sale for the boutique PSMH sale at 75% off. I would go online and purchase but they have my money. I am really disappointed by PSMH overall customer service and communication with their customers. From reading various other posts they are having issues it seems with delivering what they promised. If it had not been for you I am sure I would not have received my other box in time to be gifted. Thank you. If you can help with this I will appreciate it. I will get a regular months box from them as I signed up for it for January but I will cancel after that.
