FYI – there has been a delay with the The Popsugar Must Have Box Mystery Boxes. [These are now sold out]

Happy holidays! We hope you are having a wonderful week.

Thank you for your patience while we have been working with our warehouse to track down your Mystery box shipment. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, there has been a delay in the shipment of these boxes. Don’t worry, your box is still on it’s way!
To ensure all boxes arrive by Dec. 24 we are going to expedite the shipment method of your box to FedEx Ground. In addition, we will also be including a surprise special extra in every delayed box that ships out between tomorrow, Dec.14 and Friday, Dec. 16.

We’re very excited for you to receive your Mystery box and we wish you very happy holiday season!

    VERY ANGRY WITH PSMH! I purchased a Cozy Home Mystery Box on December 10. They sent me a tracking notice with information on the 19th with an expected delivery date of December 21, 2016. AS OF TODAY my PACKAGE HAS NEVER LEFT THE FACILITY. ONLY A LABEL is CREATED. I verified this with FedEx a few minutes ago and FedEx has NOT received my box for delivery. This box IS a Christmas gift. I will NOT receive this box in time and I keep getting a response with the same tracking info when I contact PSMH. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE. They ARE NOT READING MY EMAIL IN ITS ENTIRETY or they would KNOW what the PROBLEM IS. Has anyone else had this issue with PS this Christmas season? PS sent out an email stating they would send everything out FedEX in time for Christmas but apparently this is not the case. Is there a phone number where they can be contacted? Brandy have you received any communication from PSMH regarding any of this. I am probably NOT the only customer experiencing these problems.

    Apparently the CS person who reads emails about our accounts does not read the entire email. I asked about 2 boxes I have purchased and when I would receive the tracking and got a response the day that I had received my December box but alas, still no information regarding my Mystery box. I hope I get it before Christmas.
