I love how well designed Loot Crate Boxes are!
The Loot Gaming box for November 2016 had a MYTHIC theme.
MYTHIC Poster: These giant posters make for rad gaming room art!
The theme details plus all item details were on the back of the poster.
MYTHIC Coin Pin: I love the token style pins, but this one is one of my favorites ever from Loot Gaming! Fabula Sunt Verum could be translated something like legends/myths are real (or fairy tales are true to be slightly more literal but my friends who read Latin all say it’s fakey Latin and the whole thing devolved into a discussion regarding declensions etc). I love the design – it features a griffin on a wax stamp!
Assassin’s Creed Jackdaw Crest Tee: This is a great design! I love the crest (from IV/Black Flag) and the shirt design itself is unique so far to Loot Crate! It’s soft and fit great!
Castlevania Letter Opener: Probably the second most dangerous item I’ve ever received from Loot Crate (the first would be the Berserk sword with knife edges from Loot Anime!). This is a rad letter opener and I love the design. Have you played Lords of Shadow? I don’t know if it matters much because the design is really just awesome.
Okamiden Figure: I’ve never heard of this one, no surprise! It’s a Playstation game from about 10 years ago (or a sequel to the original Okami).
This little guy’s name is Chibiterasu and his human was Ammy.
He’s highly detailed!
Dragon Age: Origins Sacred Ashes Morrigan Figure
From Dragon Age: The Heroes of Thedas, this is an exclusive Titans figure. She wields a blue fireball accessory and is 4.5″ tall.
I guess she’s not into keeping her pants up.
I’m really not that into Titans, and I think you might have to love this franchise to love this one.
Here are the non-exclusive figures from this line.
I loved the shirt, pin, and letter opener, but as one of the higher priced crates in the Loot Crate family of subscriptions, I felt that this box fell short. I have to be honest though, and tell you that my husband was completely nuts over the fact that the dog had a bunghole!
Comments
That Morrigan vinyl is adorbs, though Alistair is my favourite. (He’s my bae.)
