Hello Subscription may earn compensation via links in this post. Read the full disclosure

Glossybox is one of the original beauty subscriptions. You get 5 luxury samples per month for $21. They have great packaging every month with the outer box (above) around the inner box (below). This month we get a specially designed box. This one is so sparkly and reminiscent of a disco ball.

DEAL: If you’re interested in subscribing to GLOSSYBOX through 12/31 use code BRUSHES to get 2 Studio|10 Concealer Brushes with your first box!

First look inside the inner box and I couldn’t see much of the contents since we got a large fold out information brochure this month. It is more like a large fold out booklet then the smaller cards we normally get.  I could see a bit of the sparkly metallic silver tissue paper underneath and it looks so festive!

On one side of the information sheet, we get a note from the Glossybox team. They wish us a happy holiday and to remind us that this month’s products will get us in the holiday spirit and keep us ready all the way into January.

The information sheet this month was a large foldout that showed all of the items on one side. It was almost like opening a poster of greatness.

Everything in my December box.

MDMflow Semi-Matte Lipstick in Bossy ($18.00) – This tube is so shiny that it was hard to take a picture of it. The color of the lipstick is a neutral shade that will look great on almost anyone. I’m not big on bright lipstick so it is perfect for me.

Luxie Beauty Onyx Noir Small Tapered Blending Brush ($16.00) – All of the Luxie brushes are vegan, cruelty-free, and hypoallergenic which is great and this is the perfect eyeshadow brush you can use for everything.

Beat the Blues Skin Illuminator by MeMeMe Cosmetics ($9.00) – Skin can start to look dull in the winter months so a little highlighter is always needed. Just dash this highlighter along your cheek and brow bone to instantly add a radiance and a youthful glow.

Kristals Cosmetics Diamond Select Anti-Gravity Spark Eye Mask ($66.00) – I love eye masks but I’m determined to not fall in absolute love with these. Wowsers they are pricey but I am going to save them for a special night and enjoy them fully. These are perfect for tired eyes and the diamond powder works with collagen and lavender oil to help reduce sagging and provide hydration which is so much needed as the mom to two little boys.

Vichy Laboratoires Mineral Pore Purifying Clay Mask ($4.00) – This mask combines two white clays with the Vichy thermal water to help eliminate excess oils from your face for softer, clearer skin. After a night out on New Year’s this will be a great way to start the New Year off right.

GLOSSYBOX sent a great box for the holidays. There are products to give your skin a refresh and a shine and to take you from the winter doldrums to the start of a fresh year. I’m planning on pampering my skin with the mask and eye masks and giving me a nice fresh glow for all of the holiday parties and New Year’s fun!

The information card has a sneak peek for the January box. Next month everyone is getting oOlution Eye Love in their boxes.

TIP: Your first box will be the current month until it says otherwise on their home page!
