Purr-Packs is a monthly cat subscription that is run by a team of dedicated kitty owners that specializes in finding new and innovative products for your cats. They realize that one size does not fit every cat family and offer four different plans with customization available. The Slim Pack contains 4-5 toys. The Teaser Pack contains 5-7 items and includes toys, treats, and surprises. The Fun and Love Pack contains 7-9 items and includes toys, treats, and surprises. The pack can be customized with flavors, colors and more. The Multi-Cat Mega-Pack includes at least nine items that are toys, treats, and surprised. It also can be customized by flavors, colors and more. All treats are made in the USA and each size pack is gift ready. Purr-Packs donates at least 10% of all retail subscription profits to local and national rescue and/or adoption programs.

You’ll be able to set up your treat preference when you check out. Personalize the box by listing your cats’ names on the box along with filling out the flavor profile and coat profile.
FYI – Purr-Packs has made improvements to their website. You can now select how often you want your box shipped. Shipping charges are $4.95 to the United States. There are additional shipping charges to the UK and Canada. A fourth selection has been added for kitties that want toys only. The change that I find to be the most innovative is that you can now select your shipping date. Go to your account, click ship now, and that date will be your new shipping date going forward.
The theme is “eat, purr & give thanks” This month the contents of the box are listed online.
I am always amazed by how many items are in the medium-size box! The November Purr-Packs has a great variety of item.
The cats loved playing with the Mutlipet Bird Cat Toy (appx $5.00) which came with a tube of catnip. Sylvester, our tuxedo cat, is playing with the bird as I write the review. J, our eight-year-old was fascinated with the Spot Colorful Springs Thin 10-Pack Cat Toy ($5.19). The kitties ignored the springs in favor of the other toys. They did play with them the next day.
Thanksgiving is not complete without a drumstick! The kitties loved the Cosmic Catnip Chicken Leg ($7.95) which smells strongly of catnip. Puss in Boots cuddled with the Go!Cat!Go! Rattlin’ Rooster ($0.99). The cats always enjoy playing with the Zanies Mouse ($0.37). They like to carry it throughout the house.
The adorable cats loved being groomed with the Pet Buddies FurStatic Hair Square ($5.99). It also removes pet hairs from clothes and carpets. The Savvy Tabby Hairy Hoots ($5.10) was adored by the cats. The owl was full of catnip for kitties to enjoy.
Sylvester and Puss in Boots had a blast with the Booda Double Treat Ball ($4.39). They worked together to roll the ball around. They were rewarded with cat treats for their catwork!
Fill the hole with catnip and then place the red plug on top. Add treats, screw on the top and watch the cats have a wacky, good time.
The cats wanted to chew on the Mad in the USA N-Bone Cat Chew Treats (3.74 oz, $4.15) but did not like the texture. They did love the Fruitables Wildly Natural Cat Treats Tuna Flavor (2.5 oz, $1.99). They are a limited ingredient treats made and sourced in the USA.
The Litter Pal Quick-Bags (appx $7.50-$10.00) is such an awesome idea. Place the biodegradable bag inside the decorative container and scoop away the smelly litter. The stickers on the bottom left is a one month calendar that lets you track one cat’s moods and habits. J (8) is using it to track Puss in Boots.
Don’t forget to put the scent disc at the bottom of the container. I love the idea and am disappointed to see that they were unable to receive the funding to continue with the project.
Hey Backers!
Unfortunately, we’ve decided to delay the funding for the LitterPal project at this time. Although we signed up over 1,200 “pre-orders” (people who asked to join the project early), only a handful actually came in and pledged $ during the kickoff period. Statistically, if you only raise 5% of your funding goal in the first week, your project is probably not going to be successful.
Please accept our sincere THANKS to those of you who came through. We regret not being able to complete the project for you.
We don’t know exactly why we fell so short. A lot of money was invested. Many experts and passionate advocates were involved. We will regroup and spend some time analyzing the situation. Hopefully we will see you again!
The LitterPal Team
It’s a great idea! We will happily use up the bags and hope they can regroup.
Tiger Lilly loves having a new cat scratching pad (appx $10.00) every month.
The Crazy Cat Lady Wrapping Paper ($4.00) is two sheets of cat awesomeness. The wrapping paper is a quality paper that will be used this Christmas. J is going to use it for his aunt’s gifts.
Let’s see what the cats think of the Thanksgiving Box. They are laying on an old comforter in natural light. Little Lamb, my big white, fluffy cat is busy running around the farm and will be back later this month.
Puss in Boots doesn’t know where to begin!
He decided to try to pull the feather off the bird. It is his mission in life to take feathers off of toys.
Sylvester is busy checking out all the toys.
Puss in Boots is having a chicken drumstick this Thanksgiving!
Sylvester is content to keep his toys near him as he falls asleep.
Puss in Boots thinks it is time to nap with his rooster.
Tiger Lilly came over to check out the toys.
All the kitties enjoyed being brushed.
Mmm! Mmm! Tiger Lilly loves her drumstick.
Snack Time!
Wait a minute! There are treats in this ball.
Tiger Lilly wanted to eat a cat chew but did not like the texture.
Midna, who is visiting from the farm, joined in with Sylvester and Tiger Lilly during snack time. They are enjoying the Fuitables Wildly Natural Cat Treats.
Purr-Packs was packed full of items for kitties and their humans. The Litter Pal, wrapping paper, and FurStatic Hair Square will be used this month. The cats enjoyed their treats and toys. They thought the November Purr-packs was purrfect for Thanksgiving. The medium size box had an excellent estimated value of $50.00-$60.00.
What do you think of Purr-Packs?
