My wicked October Tasting box!!!
Sweet Chili & Sour Cream White Bean Chips and Garden Fresh Salsa White Bean Chips by Beanitos: I love corn chips, but they’re not always the healthiest snack. These chips by Beanitos give you that same crunch but with more fiber. Plus, the flavors are really good too.
Granola Bar by AWAKE Energy: Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter – sounds like a Halloween treat to me. AWAKE Energy granola bars contain the same amount of caffeine as 1/2 a cup of coffee. They also have a boost of B vitamins. That’s great for a pick me up in the morning or mid-day.
Presidents Educational Snacks by Dick + Jane Baking Company: I hate to admit it, but I never learned all of the presidents and their order. Now I can learn as I snack. And, how timely is this variety with the election around the corner?!?
Almond Roca by Brown & Haley: The first time I wanted an Almond Roca was when I watched Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael. I got my hands on them and have never looked back. Crunchy toffee rolled in a thin layer of chocolate and then covered in almonds. So much goodness in those small bites!
Apple Caramel by Annie B’s: I’ve gotten Annie B’s caramels in a few boxes and they are so delish! A little sticky, but very creamy and flavorful. The Apple Caramel encompasses fall and made me think of caramel apples at the carnival. Too bad that there was only one.
Original Chai Tea Latte Mix by Oregan Chai: This is the first time I’ve gotten a powdered mix by Oregon Chai. Generally, I buy the concentrate – more so during the fall months. Just add hot water and you’re all set; this mix has powdered milk, spices, and tea. The packet is easier for me to store at work and will be added to my lunch bag.
Fig Spread by Divina: I am not a big fig fan (unless it’s in a Newton). Divina uses Aegean figs to craft this spread. I think I’ll hold onto this until I get some cheese to pair with it.
Whole Wheat Cracker by Westminster Cracker Company: With fall comes more soups and stews. I don’t know about you, but I like adding crackers to my bowl. These oyster shaped crackers are made from whole wheat and will be a tasty addition to any hearty soup or stew.
And, of course, here are the coupons. This month held quite a few!
I am wickedly satisfied with the October Love With Food box. There was a good mix of sweet and savory snacks. Don’t forget, you can earn points by reviewing your box. Every 1000 points equals $10 that can be used towards full sized products in the shop.
