Love with Food is a popular snack subscription that now carries a gluten-free option! It is a fun snack discovery subscription available in three versions: classic tasting box, deluxe/family size, and gluten-free. This version is the gluten-free box, but you can see our reviews of the other versions too. You might not know it from all of the more adventurous Japanese snack boxes I review, but I actually do have a sensitivity for gluten (along with a laundry list of other ingredients) so I have to be careful how much of it I consume. When Love With Food started shipping internationally, this was great news for me!

My box always arrives mid-month. They don’t include details on the product card, but the info is available on their website.

Cinnabon Popcorn We used to have Cinnabon at the mall here, but it closed down and I assumed Cinnabon had pulled out of Canada in general as I’ve never found one anywhere else since. This popcorn is buttery and covered in cinnamon. Each bag is 80 calories, which is pretty reasonable.

Barilla GF Fettuccine I am excited to try a new brand of GF pasta! I find GF pasta doesn’t keep as well as regular pasta, in terms of leftovers – because it’s so dry, it will absorb any sort of sauce you put on it and it can turn mushy if left overnight. But this week’s Chef’s Plate order includes a pasta dish, so I might sub out the noodles they’re sending with this GF blend.

Nocciolata Hazelnut Spread Holy pants, this is some fancy looking Nutella! This spread is made in Italy and is the perfect amount to slather on toast.

Fruit & Veggie Chia Squeeze Pack I have ALWAYS secretly wanted to try one of these; I haven’t found them anywhere in Canada. Once I actually had it in my hands, I was less sure – I’m weird about texture when it comes to smoothie sort of things. But the texture was pretty much similar to applesauce, which I love, and the flavor was great – didn’t taste any of the veggies. I really enjoyed how portable this was!

Go Organically Fruit Snacks I liked these; the fruit flavor was light and sweet and didn’t taste synthetic.

Freeyum Cookie Nothing about this tasted like a cookie. It’s dairy free, gluten free, etc, which means there’s nothing tasty at all in it.

NoGii Protein Bar This is chocolate and peanut butter flavor. Unfortunately, the protein is soy protein, which I’m allergic to, so this will be passed on.

Andean Bar This sounds awesome! Oats, rice crisps, quinoa, coconut, and pineapple – I can’t wait to bring this with me to work for a snack.

Vita Five Vitamin Gummies You don’t understand the sounds I made when I saw these – I have been DYING to try these gummy vitamins! They even have their own subscription service. But they don’t ship to Canada last I checked. More info on these in a moment.

Chocolate Ginger Chews I didn’t care for these, but I’m not a huge ginger fan unless it’s after sushi.

Here are the gummies I was sent – Biotin strengthens hair and nails, and Vitamin C is just all around awesome. These tasted great!

Mighty Muffin I can’t wait to try this – it’s like a muffin in a mug! You add water, stir it with the powder, then zap in the microwave. It’s got lots of fiber and protein in it.

I had so much fun with this month’s GF box! I love being able to try so many different treats, especially some we can’t even get here in Canada. My snacking feels so much healthier now and I like having my snack stash full of healthier options at work, too.
