The information card contained a list of all the items in the box and everything was neatly tucked in between brown squiggles. I noticed that Kloverbox now provides coupon codes for some of the items so if you fall in love with a product or want to discover a new item from a particular brand you can save some dough!

My daughter tried the Moody Sisters Blemish Serum ($12) and said it hurt a bit so I tried it myself and although it hurt the first time the second time was all good (and by hurt I mean it tingled vigorously). Contains salicylic acid, kaolin clay, and a blend of 5 essential oils, including tea tree. My blemish looked a little less red the morning after I applied it and by the second day was gone.

My kids are older so I wasn’t sure I would have a chance to try this but luckily my daughter spilled chocolate on her white t-shirt, yay! My daughter dampened her shirt where the stain was and then rubbed the Meliora Laundry Stain Removal Soap Stick ($2.49) on the spot. I threw it in the laundry as usual and almost all the stain came out! I’m not sure that my Shout spray would have done any better.

Clean Slate by eScentials Aroma ($15) reminds me of the spray I’ve been using at work to clean the toys and tables at the end of the day. This blend of distilled water, organic witch hazel, and lemongrass, lemon, lavender, tea tree, and eucalyptus oils says it’s for use on yoga equipment but I used it on my counter tops and loved the beautiful, chemical-free scent that it left behind.

I love lavender anything since it smells great and helps sooth my angry skin. Sakari Botanicals Blue Corn Facial Mask ($18) has ground blue corn, lavender, and chamomile and that’s it! Simply mix equal parts of the scrub and water and apply to skin. Wait 10 minutes and then rinse. It worked well and smells amazing!

Finally, there was a trio of products from Herbifolia Botanics. Their Vegan 3 Piece Lip Kit ($22.84) came with a Natural Lip Balm, Premium Lip Oil, and Peppermint Lip Scrub. I started by using the sugary sweet lip scrub which left me in heaven for a bit since I have an addiction to all things peppermint. Next, I tried the lip oil which has 8 different plant-derived oils and left my lips glossy and smooth. Finally, I applied the cocoa butter, candelilla wax, and grapeseed oil lip balm which went on smoothly plus it smells like chocolate to me! This kit will get me through winter with soft lips and it won’t take chemicals or petroleum to get the job done!

I loved the November Kloverbox! This is quickly becoming one of my favorite boxes and I look forward to getting it each month! This month’s box had a value of $70.33, which is more than twice the price paid for the subscription! I liked that they included products for both the body and home, too. These items all worked surprisingly well and the lip scrub took me to my peppermint-scented happy place.
