Goodbeing
Goodbeing

Goodbeing, formerly Goodebox,  is a little different than the standard beauty subscription box because it is a discovery service. You may receive beauty products, cosmetics, wellness and sustainable, toxin-free living goods. Each box will contain 4-5 products ranging from trial-size to full-size. Goodbeing now offers a Pick a Product feature. Subscribers can choose up to two products each month or choose to have the box be a complete surprise.

I love Goodbeing because it has a profile that you fill out upon joining. The profile is comprehensive and took me about 15 minutes to fill out. It’s worth the time because the box is customized based upon your answers. It’s ideal for people like me that have specific skincare needs. My box may not look like your box. I would love to hear what is in your box!

Goodbeing Box November 2016

Here are the items in my November Goodbeing Box. My box may not look like your box. Also, my profile shows a strong preference of skincare over makeup.

Each month, you get to choose 1-2 of the items in your box from a selection of available products and your pick window is currently open. Prefer the surprise? Just don’t click through.

A few pointers:
1.  There is a limited supply of each product.  First come, first served.
2.  You may receive other items listed in your box
3.  If you don’t pick a product, we will pick for you, based on your Member Profile

P.S If this email is different than your member account email, please contact us at [email protected]. We will help you Pick Your Product!

I was excited to receive my email to select 1-2 November products.

My Selected Products

These are products that you have selected for your next box:
Mychelle Bio-Firm Hydrogel Concentrate
Square Hue Vondelpark Nail Polish

My selected products were listed on the sample page after I selected them. However, the Mychelle product was not in my box. They are still working out a few kinks with the product selection and will send it in my December box.

Reusable Cotton Rounds
Reusable Cotton Rounds

The Marleys Monsters Reusable Facial Rounds (4 rounds, $2.80) are adorable. The rounds are made out of two layers of 100% cotton flannel and feel soft against my skin. Place them in a mesh bag, wash in warm water, and dry in the dryer to keep reusing the rounds.

Andalou Naturals Mask
Andalou Naturals Mask

My sister is going to be excited to find the Andalou Instant Pure Pore Hydro Serum Facial Mask (1 mask, $4.99) in her Thanksgiving goodie bag. The combination of aloe vera and witch hazel makes it a no-no for my fussy skin. The fiber mask is verified gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO, and leaping bunny. The mask has willow bark and coconut water in it and will feel soothing on her skin.

Previse Skincare Step 3 Defend
Previse Skincare Step 3 Defend

The Previse Skin Type 1 & 2 Step 3 Defend (2.7 oz, $48.00) is a pre-sun serum. I was curious to see if my skin was indeed a Skin Type 1 or 2 and took the Previse Survey. Well done, Goodbeing, my skin is a type 2. The serum helps prevents sun damage to the skin and can be used in place of a moisturizer. I applied it about fifteen minutes after applying my moisturizer. It felt lightweight and absorbed into my skin quickly. As a person who burns easily any time of the year, I am interested to see if this helps my face.

I did log into my account to find out more information about the Previse Step 3 Defend. There is comprehensive information on each item in your box including information about the brand, product, sample size, features, scent and taste, how to use, and member offers.

Noctua-Diem Cucumber + Seaweed Cooling Mask
Noctua-Diem Cucumber + Seaweed Cooling Mask

I am excited to see Noctua Diem in Goodbeing. It is a certified cruelty-free, nighttime holistic skin care company.  John Vega, the owner, is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Natural Health Professional who created the line based on the concept that our skin restores itself at night. The Noctua Diem Cucumber + Seaweed Cooling Mask (2 oz, $15.00) has a wonderful cucumber, spa-like scent and is formulated for sensitive, inflamed skin. My skin felt less congested after using the mask and firmer too.

Square Hue
Square Hue

I simply could not resist when I saw the Square Hue Vondelpark Nail Polish (.5 oz, $10.00) which is a gorgeous deep purple. The opaque nail polish provided great coverage with one coat. I selected it to wear for Thanksgiving and will be giving myself a proper manicure in a few days. Square Hue also has a subscription box service.

Love the color!
Love the color!

It’s been awhile since I applied nail polish to my nails! I love the color and am very happy with my sample choice. I love wearing dark lipstick and nail polish hues in the fall and winter.

What a great box! My November Goodbeing box is full of items that I will use plus one Thanksgiving surprise for my sister. I am having a hard time selecting a favorite. The nail polish is gorgeous, the mask soothing, cotton rounds are adorable, and the serum will help protect my skin from skin damage. My box has an insane value of around $80.00 with a little over half of the value coming from the Previse Skincare Serum.  Goodbeing Box is an excellent way to discover beauty products, cosmetics, and living goods all customized to your profile and are healthy, natural and non-toxic.
