The Glam Jewelry Box sends you 8 pieces of Jewelry for just $25 per month, but promises $80+ in retail value per box! This would make a great gift for the trendy fashion lover in your life as you can send a one time gift subscription or set them up on a revolving subscription as well.

There is a short quiz that you can take at the beginning (make your best guess if you’re buying as a gift), and they will send them pieces that match their style!

While the outside of the box wasn’t particularly exciting, I knew exactly what was in my mailbox when I opened it and rushed inside to see the goodies I had just received in The Glam Jewelry Box!!!

There was an assortment of brand names in my box, from Walmart’s White Stag, Target’s Xhiliration, to shopping Mall finds from Forever 21, JC Penney, and Express. They came in properly packaged and were a variety of looks.

All the pieces that came in my November box. If you’ve spent much time at a mall looking at jewelry, I’m sure these brands look familiar to you as well!

I thought they did a nice job of providing an assortment of items you can wear together. I call this the silver collection below. the White Stag Earrings ($4.97) are a nice and classic shape that can be used with a multitude of outfits. I was particularly excited about the Musical Notes Earrings ($5.80). I don’t shop at Forever 21, so I never would have seen them, but think they are super cute!

The Xhiliration Necklace ($6.99) with the 3 circles was a choker, which unfortunately was too small for me. Luckily it will make a nice gift.

The Finishing Touches Three String Necklace ($10) was also a choker style necklace, which would be great if I were light enough to wear them. Not their fault, obviously, but I’m looking forward to seeing this particular trend go away. 😉

Our big ticket items came in the form of this Express statement necklace and a Sonoma Bracelet from Kohl’s ($24)  which was big and chunky and matched the necklace. It was a stretchy kind that could be slipped on to a variety of sized wrists without a problem.

The Express Necklace has a bit of a tribal feel to it and definitely makes itself known. I think it has a good amount of chunkiness without taking over your entire top. It’s unusual, which is what makes it cool.

Finally, there is what I’d like to call the bronze collection. There is an Xhiliration Necklace From Target ($6.99) and a Fashion Bug Bracelet ($7) from Catherine’s. Both look cute together in my opinion and I look forward to wearing them soon, although I will need an extender for this… you guessed it, choker!

The necklace below is a bronze medallion on a shorter than I’d like leather like strap. I will find an extender for this one and an outfit to match!

Overall, this box totalled over $80 in retail value. I woudl have absolutely LOVED to start receiving a box like this in my teen years when I didn’t really have a jewelry collection just yet. Consider this for your daughter, niece, cousin, etc. Or better yet, get this one for yourself! Its fun to play to with fashion and accessories can add that perfect finishing touch.
