Devotions Delivered sends Christian prints & postcards from around the world to your mailbox starting at just $7.99 per month. You can do single months or up to a whole year subscription, with the monthly price dropping the more you buy up front.
The Devotions Delivered team of photographers travels throughout the world and shares their amazing shots with subscribers. I also like that their website states that each quarter they tithe 10% of their profits to a church or non-profit organization, chosen by their DD Explorers.
I received their California Collection On Faith ($10). The cards arrived well protected in a thick cardboard and were nicely wrapped once I opened up the outer packaging.
The postcards are 5X7 photos of excellent quality printed on nice and thick postcard stock. Each comes pre-stamped and includes a bible verse to help spread God’s word and encouragement. You can keep them for yourself to enjoy for a bit, or address them to a friend as soon as they come in.
Each card had a striking glossy image of different scenery in California in this shipment. You can also see the back of the card below, with a stamp ready to go in the upper right corner.
Each card and message were distinctly different. This one below was almost black and white in nature, which was in stark contrast to its message of believing in what you do not see.
A single bird stands at attention in this image, with a peaceful ocean behind him. “…believe in the one he has sent.” and know you’ll be okay. That is what I get from this image.
I could get lost in this image below. I like the vantage point, watching the sun set in the distance, and the almost infinite feeling of running through the trees to see what lies behind them. It is peaceful, just like its message.
Finally, there was a nice note included with the shipment that tells you about the selection and theme. I thought the note from the founder was a nice touch as it serves as a connection to the people behind this subscription. This service is great for those who want a monthly reminder of the beauty in this world, the role God plays in making it as amazing as it is, and a gentle nudge to keep in touch with loved ones near and far. Not only are you reminded, but you get to pay it forward to those you care about.
