The box comes with a mini magazine with a feature on a woman that changed the world. I am excited to see Mother Teresa. I selected Teresa as my Confirmation name in honor of Mother Theresa when I made Confirmation in the Catholic Church. Mother Teresa devoted her life to caring for orphans, the dying, and leprosy victims.
The table of contents makes it easy to find information on the items. The November theme is ‘Grateful, Thankful.’

I am going to list the items that are in the Girl Boss Box and Lady Boss Box first.
The Queen Bee Skincare Lady Fingers Hand Butter (2 oz, $7.95) is made by a small family farm in Tennessee. My house is a little cool making the hand butter more of a balm because it has shea butter and coconut oil in it. The hand butter has a light scent and absorbs quickly into my skin. I will be using it as a nail balm on my hands unless I find a spot in my house that will keep it a little warmer.
The Lupita’s Gourmet Cinnamon Almonds Nuts (4 oz, $4.75) were enjoyed by my family. The taste was a delicious blend of sweet, salt, and a dash of cinnamon.
Here are the rest of the nuts! It made for a great afternoon snack.
My 17-year-old son told me the other day that he used up the last page of the notepad on my computer desk at home. Now I have a 50 sheet Covet Crate Notepad ($4.00) to replace it. It measures 4″ x 6″ and has the theme on the top.
The Kira Design Foil Print ($15.00) is a 8″ x 10″ print on glossy 100# cardstock. The edges were bent a little bit from the difficult USPS journey. I am amazed that this was the only damaged item.
It is now hanging on my dining room wall because it fits my dining room thankful motif. It’s an upbeat print that is perfect to display in November.
The next group of items are either in the Girl Boss Box and Lady Boss Box or the Lady Boss Box only.
The Me & My Big Ideas Classic Happy Planner Hello Life ($29.99) is an 18-month planner that was included in both the Girl Boss and Lady Boss Boxes. This planner is the first planner I ever owned that had videos showing me how to take my planner to the next level. I feel as though I finally received an invitation to the secret planner society.
I do love the colors! It’s such a happy planner that I can’t help but be drawn in and will be watching those videos later in the month.
The MAMBI Highlighters ($4.99) have fun, inspiring messages on them and are included in both versions of Covet Crate. I knew I was over my head when I saw the MAMBI Washi Tape ($9.99) which is in the Lady Boss Box only.
The highlighters are a lot of fun!
The washi tape matches the planner. I flipped through the planner and am amazed by how well it matches. It looks like it is time to learn how to use washi tape!
I’m unsure what to do with everything but looking at the highlighters and washi tape sparked a creative urge inside me. January’s theme is “plan a happy life”!
It’s beautiful. I do have mixed feelings about receiving a planner that started in July 2016.
The Carolyn Parra Design Gold Confetti Foil Thank You Cards ($6.40 for 4 cards) are exquisitely packaged. I did not want to open them! The “Thank You” package of four was included in both Covet Crate versions. The “Merci” package of two cards was included in the Lady Boss Box only.
The blank thank you cards are beautiful and will be used this holiday season. They also match the gold foil color theme.

Fall is my favorite season! The Petite Boutique Sterling Silver Lariat Leaf Necklace ($26.00) is a beautiful, delicate 18″ sterling necklace with a 2″ extension.
It is my favorite item in the box and makes me feel happy whenever I look at it. I love raking leaves into a pile and jump into them with my children and watching the leaves change!
I am looking forward to reading Bless Back: Thank Those Who Shaped Your Life by Julie Saffrin ($14.30). It has stories, research, and ideas on how to make a positive, lasting change. I also went to Julie Saffrin’s website which continues the BlessBack experience. She is a Stitch Fix subscriber!!! I wonder if she reads our Stitch Fix’s Reviews? It’s not often I write about an author that likes subscription boxes.
My box was falling apart by the time it reached me. I am hoping the two Ferrero Rocher Chocolates that were nestled neatly in the middle of the box were bonus chocolates from Covet Crate. My husband ate them despite that and enjoyed the delicious milk chocolate and hazelnut gourmet chocolate treats.
I personally loved the November Covet Crate Lady Boss Box and will use all the items. It does seem strange to have an 18-month planner in a November box although I am looking forward to learning how washi tape enhances my planner experience. The curation fits the ‘Grateful, Thankful’ theme which was wonderful to receive in November. I believe the items would appeal to everyone and not just professional women which is where I struggle with Covet Crate. The Lady Boss value is over $120.00. It’s a great box that will encourage and inspire you.
