Alien Abduction Enamel Pin: Commemorate your abduction with a fun and highly detailed enamel pin! I thought this was a good item and I think the kids already snapped it up to decorate their legend hunter rucksack.

Fredrik Eden Star Wars Art Print: Illustrator Fredrik Eden calls himself an “Illustrator who loves living life, shitty horror movies and gaming.” So I’d say he’s a great artist for this box! Zombies really isn’t my particular genre, but I thought the rebellion qua zombies in the light of the full moon was witty. His blog is a must see!

Mystery Science Theater 3000 4-Pack DVD ($19.99) I got a big laugh out of the information card, which spelled it as “Theatre” – we’re not quite so fancy here folks! 

This Turkey Day edition includes 4 previously unreleased episodes!

4 discs were included – Squirm, The Screaming Skull, The Painted Hills, and Jungle Goddess all in a collectible tin, with mini posters for each one.

This is a great inclusion for this box!

When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth Scarf: This is really the highlight of the box: #1, because it’s from the totally classic scene in Jurassic Park, and #2, because THAT reference is from the totally classic horror dinosaur/prehistoric movie shockingly titled When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth!

The intarsia design is knit on both sides!

It’s so big that I had to take 2 photos of the entire thing.

This was just so clever!

Blade Runner T-Shirt: We can all agree to disagree on whether or not Deckard is a replicant! This shirt, which shows the origami unicorn at the end of the film, raises the question anew. Love this classic sci-fi nod.

I thought the selections were great for this month. October was a well-curated box, with great variety, and tons of fan faves, plus it makes me happy when Sci-Fi Block includes a book!
