Brick Loot is a monthly subscription box filled with LEGO-compatible items, bricks, and brick building accessories for LEGO fans. Brick Loot box is filled with 4-8 items that were hand picked by Brick specialists who scour the world for the newest and coolest products for you to collect.  This box is build-heavy, featuring mostly Brick Loot exclusive mini-builds (and some cool other stuff, too).

My 5 year old totally flips out when he sees this box – he knows exactly what it is and demands to review it immediately.

The box is no-nonsense, and packed with mini-builds and building accessories.  It is a great subscription for adding bricks, specialty accessories like lighting elements, and themed mini-figs to your collection — it often serves as a sampler pack for trying out products from various third-party LEGO-compatible vendors.

The theme for this one is Game On!

I’m not sure how you can get more, but if you could, they’re stackable! (Brick Loot does have these as a birthday favor pack in their Etsy shop).brick-loot-october-2016-3Brick Loot Exclusive Art Print: There’s a little art print that’s included too (it comes wrapped in plastic). I think is a nice bonus, especially for the kids.

And a sticker! My son was really pumped a “Brickcraft”!

United Bricks Gamer Minifigure: As usual, an exclusive mini fig is in the box! This uses 100% LEGO parts with exclusive screenprinted designs.

Yes we have a little gamer, sporting a classic controller!brick-loot-october-2016-6

I thought the back was cute too – it says Brick Loot Gaming!brick-loot-october-2016-7

Lego Pixel Monster: It’s a large figural Pac-Man!

This build marked the return of the teeny tiny bricks. If you noticed in the first picture the green stick, that’s the brick separator. I only noticed it at the end.brick-loot-october-2016-13

This build is a thumb-killer (my 5 year old doesn’t quite have the dexterity needed for it), and great for the AFOL subscribers. Otherwise moms and dads are probably at bat. You can see that I misplaced a brick somewhere. Whoops! Not redoing that one!

BrickBuildersPro Custom Designed Arcade Machine: This was really cool. You got the bricks for one arcade game, and stickers for two – your choice.

There were additional bonus builds (bricks not included). But basically you should have all of these parts at home already. I thought this was a great value-add.

And everything we built! The arrival of this month’s box was perfect – my daughter had a party to attend, so my son and I spent a few hours building and playing. I personally prefer the regular size bricks, but those teeny-tinies do allow for some nice detail!

Oh WOW those bricks are tiny. We’ve had a couple builds that had them and the boys always give them to Michael to work with and I agree. I’m all for regular lego builds but they can keep the tiny ones.
