This subscription is $56 per box, but you must subscribe for 3 or 6 months at a time. You can see the upcoming scents on their site, so it makes it a little easier to decide whether or not you’d like to sign up. 
As Nest promised, this box is beautifully giftable – it instantly reached the top of my must have boxes list – as in the actual boxes!
The two candles each arrive in their own retail box, so if you have designs on regifting part of this subscription, you’re all set!
The fragrance of the month for October is Pumpkin Chai. According to the card, the mood should be “Yummy.” I’m all about delicious gourmand fragrances and couldn’t agree more with this!
This box! If there’s one thing I expect with a high end subscription, it’s that it should have great packaging, and this one definitely does.

Nest Pumpkin Chai Candles – The two candles in the box are the Pumpkin Chai Classic Candle ($40) and the Pumpkin Chai Votive Candle ($16). That’s equal to the cost of the box, which also includes the monthly bonus gift, the excellent box, and free shipping. I think it’s a good value for a luxury subscription box that’s also perfect for corporate gifting.
Pumpkin Chai is a blend of wild pumpkin, spicy masala chai, cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon. Totally yummy, and absolutely autumn.
The classic candle has a 50-60 hour burn time and comes in a beautiful glass jar.
Just to give you a sense of the size – this is a large candle!
The candle does come with a plastic lid, but a little FYI – be careful if you want to keep it pristine! I nicked mine with my fingernail, the candle is somewhat soft.
The votive candle has about a 20 hour burn time and comes in a container with the same design as the classic candle. I love how you can use these to bring a little seasonal look to your home.
Bonus Item! Nest Pumpkin Chai Liquid Soap ($22) I was thrilled that the soap was the surprise gift for this month! I love Nest soaps, and I love all pumpkin soaps, so this was a real winner.
Here are the other items Nest makes besides candles: Reed Diffusers, Perfume Rollerballs (I adore their fragrances!), Body Cream (maybe a half size?), Hand Lotions, plus Candle Accessories. I bet we can expect them as the bonus gifts in future months, although I’d be perfectly happy if it was a monthly soap!
The tinted glass means that this candle gives off an extra-warm glow!
And the stripes on the glass create an absolutely delightful pattern!
I couldn’t be happier with the first month of my subscription! The fragrance is absolutely beautiful and so was the box! With a value of $78, this makes a great gift-to-self subscription, or an awesome gift for any candle fanatic.
