Mary’s Secret Ingredients Subscription Box Review &Coupon – Fall 2016

Mary’s Secret Ingredients box is delivered quarterly for $34. It’s a collection of limited edition culinary surprises along with custom recipes sent to your email. This box also has a partnership with Feed the Children to end global hunger, so every box has a good cause.

The little book of ingredients is All Gluten Free this quarter! The inside of the book has information on the contents of the box as well as websites to visit if you need more information on a product.

The back side tells us how to learn about Mary. The cool thing about this quarter is there is a list of recipes and when they go live. Each recipe features one of the products from the fall box! I have to say that I’m super happy to see that the amount of paper used has decreased since summer.

PS Seasoning & Spices Blueberry Mix ($6.99). Get the flavor and scent of bright, plump blueberries in a gluten-free mix. Packed with delicious tart blueberries, you can make stacks of fluffy pancakes for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I love that there are also directions for making waffles, a family favorite.

Pourfect Beaker ($29.99 for 3-Pc Set). It’s normally sold in a set with the 2-cup beaker – dishwasher and microwave safe. It’s tall and thin, perfect for small hands with wigs that eliminate spilling ingredients.

Superseedz Gourmet Pumpkin Seeds in Maple Sugar and Sea Salt ($8.95). These seeds are delicious with the best balance of sweet and salty, with the added bonus of 7 grams of protein. I’m excited to add these to a salad or eat them by the handful but I’m not looking forward to sharing them.

Nuts Over Fish Cashew Nut Topping ($6.33). Nuts Over Fish is committed to encouraging all people to improve their overall well-being by creating products which support a healthy lifestyle. Their products are all natural, gluten-free, cholesterol-free with no preservatives or additive with a major pop of taste. So much easier and healthier than fried or battered fish.

Mom’s Popped Lotus Seeds in Sea Salt ($5.49). I am not a fan of this salty treat, in fact, I couldn’t even swallow them but my daughter has eaten the entire bag! She says they are like eating a less buttery popcorn with just the right amount of salt. She’s even asking for these to show up under our Christmas tree just for her.

Mary’s Secret Ingredients subscription is always exciting and filled with new products! I love getting great products that I may not normally seek out on my own. This quarter brought gluten-free products into a much better light for me. As someone who doesn’t have to worry about gluten, I’ve kind of just assumed that all gluten-free products would be tasteless and terrible. That’s not the case and even better, they aren’t overly expensive. I’m not sure how they always find the best cooking tools but I have seriously never seen better tools. To me, it’s clear that Mary’s Secret Ingredients staff is always searching for phenomenal products.
