Demi-Human Phone Charm

In representation of something not quite fully human, Loot has given us a pretty cool keychain/phone  charm. The half mask is reminiscent of Ichigo’s Hollow mask and yet also reminds me of a Kitsune (fox)  mask. Either way, it’s pretty cool and will look great plugged into your phone’s audio port, or attached  to whatever you’d like.

One-Punch Man Manga Vol. 1

I’ve said it before, and I’ll keep chanting it from the roof tops: the fastest way to my heart is a book!!  Loot gives its subscribers a taste of the popular series One-Punch Man with a copy of volume 1. Started  as a web comic by an author known only as ‘One’, the series quickly became popular and amassed over  7 million hits in June of 2012.

The story is set in an Earth-like world and follows the grossly  overpowered, yet humble Saitama and his longing for a real challenge. The artwork is fantastic and our  copy boasts variant cover art that was used for the Japanese edition of volume 1. One-Punch Man has  an anime adaptation with a second season that was set to begin airing in July 2016.

Bleach Watch

Talk about demi-human- there isn’t anyone who fits the bill half so well as the character of Ichigo  Kurosaki from the popular and recently completed Bleach manga and anime series.

The story follows  Ichigo, a teen who has always been able to see and communicate with ghosts. A more startling  realization blows his world wide open when he finds out that there are also things such as Hollows  which try to feed off of humans and powerful beings called Shinigami (Death Gods) who hunt the  Hollows to protect humanity. The story gets weirder when Ichigo discovers his own latent Shinigami  powers and later, even gains a Hollow of his very own.

Our watch is super sturdy and features a large  display surface. The face has the cardinal hours written in kanji and shows some pretty epic artwork of  Ichigo and his Hollow, represented by a white mask. To start the watch, pull off the little plastic piece  attached to the red dial, set the time, and then push the red dial in. Bleach is also on Crunchyroll for  your viewing pleasure.

Twin Star Exorcists T-Shirt

Monsters known as Impurities reside in a parallel universe and threaten humanity. Exorcists exist to  vanquish these baddies, and among them are two powerful specimens: the reluctant Rokuro Enmado  who decides to give up exorcism after an accident involving his friends, and Benio Adashino- the  powerful girl exorcist of the East. The two have been given the name ‘Twin Star Exorcist’ and are said by  prophecy to be the pair who will produce the child destined to become the ultimate exorcist and be able  to vanquish all evil permanently.
