Kloverbox October 2016 Subscription Box Review & Coupon

Kloverbox is a unique natural and cruelty-free beauty and lifestyle subscription box delivering the purest in beauty, nutrition, health, and home essentials. It is $25 a month and is available in 1, 3, or 6-month terms. The 1 and 3-month subs automatically renew until canceled.

The information card contains a list of all the items in the box. The October theme was “Hello October” and everything was neatly tucked in between orange and brown squiggles.

Here are the items in the October 2016 box!

I never dreamed that there could be a pumpkin spice scented face product! MyChelle Pumpkin Renew Cream ($28) is a lightweight moisturizing cream that is for normal skin and can be applied morning and night. This has glycerin, pumpkin seed oil, and shea butter along with several herb and spice extracts. It wasn’t moisturizing enough for my skin so I will layer with a facial oil. Vegan and cruelty-free.

Good Common Sense Pumpkin Spice Hand Sanitizer ($2) is an alcohol-free spray that has aloe gel, witch hazel, and several pumpkin-spice essential oils such as clove, ginger, and nutmeg. From what I found online, witch hazel is usually distilled in alcohol, and the spice extracts may have anti-bacterial properties. Each bottle contains 80 sprays and I had to spray twice to get enough of a “cleansing” feeling.

I was surprised at the longevity of Wanderlust Scents October Road Roll On Perfume Oil ($10)! The base is fractionated coconut oil, which stays liquid at room temperature, and natural perfume blend. I couldn’t find this particular product on the Wanderlust website, but they do offer other October Road items and state that the line has “notes of ginger, apple, cinnamon, autumn mums, anise, woods, musk, and vanilla”. I think it smells warm and spicy yet subtle and I will be wearing it a lot in the next few months!

I used to steam my face back in my high school days and haven’t tried it since then! This Organic Facial Steam from Beatnik Naturals ($5.99) has rose buds, lavender buds, and chamomile and is supposed to help detox the skin, boost circulation, and unclog pores while calming the nerves with it’s relaxing aromas. It is still in the 90’s here so I am going to save this and use it when the weather turns cooler.

People Towels One Fall Hand Towel and Eco Sack ($8 according to the info card) is from a company that makes sustainable products that help reduce waste in our environment. This one is a little too small to be a hand towel (it’s the size of a washcloth) but I think it will make a great napkin for my lunch box!

The fall print is bright and pretty!

I loved the October Kloverbox! The products were perfect for fall and I enjoyed each one of them, plus, the pumpkin spice scent is warming and appropriate for this time of year. This month’s box had a value of $53.99, which is 2 times the subscription price. So far I have enjoyed this subscription and I can’t wait to see what comes next month!
