Five Four Club Subscription Box Review & Coupon – October 2016

Five Four Club is a men’s clothing monthly subscription club – sign up, pick a style profile and your sizes, and get clothes every month. T’s style profile is “casual.” This subscription ships at the end of the month. The subscription is a $60 flat monthly fee, and traditionally subscribers receive a variable number of items each month, depending on the value of the month’s selections (months with several items usually include a tee shirt or other lower value item).

T, age 17, was excited to see Five Four Club has arrived.

The October 2016 selection is a casual outfit for enjoying the fall weather and going on dates.

The Five Four Cypress Slim Jean in Blue have a light wash to them. The jeans are warm enough for the autumn chill but are not heavyweight.

The inside front pockets have light green dollars printed on it.

The back of the inside pockets shows bright green dollar signs. T likes that it gives a muted look to the insides of the front pockets.

The bars on the pocket reminds me of the Five Four Club Logo. The bottoms are a straight leg. The jean length comes in one size which allows you to hem to the proper length which is what you need with a growing teenage boy.

T likes Five Four Jeans because they fit him in the thighs. He has a hard time finding jeans that fit his thighs properly because of being involved in cross-country and track & field.

T thought that the pullover was a sweater until he examined it closer. The pullover is a lightweight cotton/poly blend. T could feel the wind whip right through it.

It is a simple design with a contrasting fabric weave on the shoulder. The pullover is a little tight on T across the chest and upper arms. We are going to move his sweater size to a medium although the t-shirts still fit him in a small.

The leaves are not a vibrant fall color this year. Most trees are holding their leaves and dropping them green because of the drought. This was the best fallish area I could find near our house.

T is wearing a size 31 slim in jeans and a size small in the pullover. He feels the look is unfinished because the jeans need to be hemmed. He also wants to add a little color to the white but isn’t sure how to pull it off.

The back shows how it is stretch across the upper body and looser in the stomach area. My husband also tried it on and had the same problem.

T is happy with the jeans in the October Five Four Club. He is a little disappointed that the pullover sweatshirt did not work out for him. He looks forward to this subscription every month because the items are stylish and on trend.  He feels that as a teenage boy that Five Four Club has stepped up his wardrobe game. He feels confident that the selections help him look his best. It’s an excellent subscription for a teenager or young man looking to build up his wardrobe or a man seeking to update or add to it.
