Purr-Packs is a monthly cat subscription that is run by a team of dedicated kitty owners that specializes in finding new and innovative products for your cats. They realize that one size does not fit every cat family and offer three different plans with customization available. The Teaser Pack contains 5-7 items and includes toys, treats, and surprises. The Fun and Love Pack contains 7-9 items and includes toys, treats, and surprises. The pack can be customized with flavors, colors and more. The Multi-Cat Mega-Pack includes at least nine items that are toys, treats, and surprised. It also can be customized by flavors, colors and more. All treats are made in the USA and each size pack is gift ready. Purr-Packs donates at least 10% of all retail subscription profits to local and national rescue and/or adoption programs.
You’ll be able to set up your treat preference when you check out. FYI – Purr-Packs has a new website and now ships to the UK & Canada (for an additional fee).
Puss in Boots agrees that it is an excellent idea.
Little Lamb has determined there are lots of great items in the September Purr-Packs!
Purr-Packs has been going through a few changes. Last month they launched a new website and started shipping to Canada and the UK for an additional shipping fee. This month the contents of the box are listed online. I am not a fan of having the contents listed online because our farm has poor internet service. Rural areas are still struggling to receive decent internet service.
The cats are waiting to enjoy all the meowvelous items in the September Purr-Packs.
The kitties loved the Categories Knitty Kitty 2 Pack Toys ($6.99). They had fun swatting and rolling around with the balls. Whiskers went crazy over the Mad Cat Tabby Taco ($4.99) which contains catnip and silvervine. She did not share her toy.
The kitties loved the Spot Feather Boa Wand ($6.70). The wand is 12″ with a 4.5″ toy. They love chasing J (age 8) as he runs through the house with the toy. We buy the cat sticks ($0.69) often at our local pet store. The cats love to carry them around and whack them throughout the house.
The kitties tried the grain-free Natural Balance Perfect Bites Salmon Formula (3 oz, $2.49) eating the treats in the picture. I was unable to verify where the treats are made. I checked the package, website, and googled it. There is a website selling it that has it listed as being made in the USA. I don’t recall any other treat that I reviewed where it was not listed on the product website or on the package that the treats are made in the USA. However, I find it strange that it is not listed on the bag or the product’s website. Being that the brand has been resold a few times, I am going to err on the side of caution. Purr Packs ships only USA Made Treat so they could very well be made in the USA.
Guess who loved the Yummy Chummies Wild Alaska Cod (3 oz, $4.99) treats? Little Lamb! The made in the USA treats contain cod fished responsibly in deep icy cold waters. The treats are made by the Gibson Family which also has a great video about how the dog treats (sorry, cats) are made.
The Crazy Cat Lady Notebook ($2.32) is a fun notebook for cat lovers. My husband wanted me to point out that “free” cats in barns may be working cats. Check with your local farmer before taking his organic pest control! J took the notebook for himself!
The Purr-Packs scratching pad (appx $10.00) comes with catnip. The cats love scratching on their scratching pads.
Time for the kitties! They are on an old comforter in natural light.
Whiskers loved the Mad Cat Tabby Taco Toy. She eventually kicked off her dress and carried her toy out of the room.
Sylvester, Zelda’s brother, is assisting in this review while Zelda is working at the farm. He is enjoying playing with his ball of string and feather toy.
Puss in Boots has a ball of string in his paws and one behind his ears.
Feathers! He can’t decide if he wants to play feathers or with the balls.
Little Lamb stole Sylvester’s balls!
Puss in Boots loves cat sticks!
Puss in Boots is playing with the dangly feather toy while Little lamb is playing with the ball of string. Sylvester is enjoying the cat stick.
Look! I am scratching with my front paws!
Little Lamb is tuckered out after a hard day of reviewing. He is going to enjoy his catnip high and take a nap.
The kitties meowed that the September Purr-Packs is purrfect. They loved the one treat and all their toys. I would feel better about the other treat if I could easily verify the treats are made in the USA. The cats enjoyed playing with their toys and with each other. They hope you had fun watching them in costumes! The box encourages physical and intellectual stimulation for your kitties. The value is over $37.00 which is above the subscription price. The treats can be customized if your cat(s) have allergies. It’s the purrfect cat box for kitties to enjoy!
