Pearlesque Box scours the world each month in search of high-quality, non-toxic and organic skincare lines to send to your doorstep for a fraction of their retail cost. Before receiving Pearlesque Box, I never knew that my skin could not only tolerate but could actually respond really well to skin care products! This is only my second month receiving this box, but it’s already become one I can’t wait to receive!

Bottega Organica is an organic vegan skincare line that was founded in 2013 after a scientific breakthrough by Dr. Andrea Alimonti: prawn sage helps human cells withstand the effects of aging. By coupling the anti-aging effects of prawn sage with other naturally harvested organic ingredients from Italy and upstate New York, Bottega Organica’s skincare line nourishes, moisturizes and preserves the youthful vitality of skin. Bottega Organica donates at least 10% of their profits to organizations dedicated to cancer cure and prevention.

Bottega Organica’s Orange Body Mist ($38) smells like the orange fields in Disney World’s old Horizons ride. In short, it smells fantastic! The orange blossoms provide vitamins and antioxidants for healthy skin, and the french lilac is suited especially well to enhance the skin on and around one’s breasts.

Bottega Organica’s Orange Nourishing Body Oil ($66) soothed, smoothed and hydrated my skin almost instantly! It’s made from organic orange peel essential oil, carrots, apricots, french lilac, extra virgin olive oil and golden and prawn sage. After showering, I applied both the body oil and body mist to my skin before bedtime. When I woke up the next morning, my skin had never felt better! It smelled great too. I walked around smiling the entire day.

Bottega Organica’s Orange Olive Oil Face Soap ($24) is light and cleans my face without clogging my pores. I’ve been following it up with the Previse Moisturizer I received in this month’s Ecocentric Mom box, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Like the other two products, this soap contains prawn sage for its antiaging benefits. The organic orange essential oil cleans the skin gently while also enhancing the benefits of the extra virgin olive oil.

This was my second month receiving Pearlesque Box, and I couldn’t have been happier with its contents! I loved all of the products included in the box, and only wish I had more of all of them! The value of this box was fantastic–$128 worth of products for $39.95. I’m hooked. I hope to continue to receive many more installments of this fabulous subscription in the future!
