MorpheMe is a monthly makeup brush subscription from LIVEGLAM that promises at least $30 worth of Morphe brushes each month for $19.99. This is a great way to quickly build up your brush collection! You can sign up for a 1, 6, or 12 month subscription and all subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel.

Everything in the bag! My MorpheMe brushes arrived in a padded mailer and there was a protective sleeve around each item. I received 4 brushes in the August bag.

MorpheMe sends 3-7 brushes per month and they state that the total value will be at least $30.

There was a card that listed each of the brushes that were in this month’s bag. It also looks like they adding a theme to the brush selections. This month it is “Wanderlust”.

The flip side of the card gave the name of the brushes and a super silly suggestion for their use. There was a website address at the bottom that has instructions on how to actually use the brushes along with a video demonstration.

I was surprised to find a card that said that one of my brushes had been upgraded! There was also what I assumed was a bookmark but it turned out to be a sticker with the monthly theme.

Finally, there was another card that had information about the rewards program. You earn points for being an active subscriber and for every new sign up who uses your referral link.  You can then exchange those points for rewards (currently they have previous month’s brush collections, Tarte blushes, a Beautyblender, and other items available).

The M403 Small Chisel Brush ($9.99) helped me apply my blush exactly where I wanted it without depositing too much color. This is also a good brush for blending everything together.

The M437 Pro Blender/Contour ($5.99) also works well for applying product and blending since it is less tapered overall.

I was supposed to receive the M530 Contour Blender ($9.99) but instead I was upgraded to the M529 Precision Pointed Contour ($9.99) which is tapered rather than rounded and is perfect for contouring since the tapered shape makes a more precise line.

One of my favorite types of brush (which I didn’t even know about until recently thanks to MorpheMe) is the Precision Pencil Crease and the M431 ($4.99) is spot on. I used it to apply a darkish color to my eyelid crease but this type of brush is also great to help smoke out the lower lash line or to apply a light shade to the inner corner of the eye.

I really love this subscription! There was a wonderful assortment of brushes sent this month but the nice thing is that they can be used to achieve a variety of looks if you just experiment a little. Subscribers have an account dashboard that has a monthly YouTube video about the brushes you received so you can learn how to use them. The brushes were soft yet firm where they needed to be and are very nice quality. I yanked on the brushes to see if the bristles would fall out but they stayed put. The August package was worth $30.96 so they also delivered on their promised value. Whether you are looking to expand your brush collection or just want to shake things up a bit this is a great way to do it!

Here’s a sneak peek of the items in September’s shipment. I am loving the rose gold color y’all!
