Boodle Box October 2016 Subscription Box Review

The Boodle Box is a subscription for girls and teens (and really any age, this is just a fun box!).  Subscribe to Boodle 1 – ages 5-10 – or Boodle 2 – for girls 11+ (tweens and teens). Boxes are filled with fun new products to help girls discover their new favorites and new things about themselves!

The Boodle Box theme for October is Monster Madness! This is the Boodle One box for little girls. The Teen box has more grown up items appropriate for older girls.

The information card lists all the items in the box and includes the retail price and stores where the item can be purchased.

Everything in the box! Perfect for Halloween!

Prep Cosmetics Hey Honey Body Wash ($10) I couldn’t find this product online, $10 must be for the full size, I would call this a $1.50 sample. Great for travel item from this just for field line of skincare products.

International Arrivals Mini Monsters Scented Neon Markers ($4.95, $3.95 on Amazon) ? ✅ ? ✅??? A scary fun item perfect for little girls!

Dippity Do ColorPop Hair Chalk ($6.99) Hair chalk is the thing because it’s fun, expressive, and makes them feel grown up!

BONUS! McSteven’s Halloween Witch’s Brew ($1.59) After I took the photos for this box I realized there was no bonus candy item like usual – I think this is a refreshing change of pace!

Tickled Pink BOO at Bullying Swarovski Bracelet Duo ($13.50) Anti-bullying messages matter! Recently (as in a week ago) my son was bullied (and hit!) on a playground by a child twice his age. My daughter stood up for him and got help – and we heard the rest of the night on the proper procedures, all of which she had learned in school. They totally soak it up and it’s important to reinforce messages like anti-bullying constantly. This item was great just for the message!

It’s also adorable! I think I should be allowed to borrow it! I gave it to my daughter and she was so excited!

LittleMissMatched Black HI BYE Knee Socks ($13.33) This box is hitting all the high notes with a perfect curation – I actually know zero little girls who aren’t crazy over this wacky brand.

All the socks come in sets of 3 for mixing and matching!

NPW Gifts Skull Lip Balm ($2.99) And a nod to the more macabre with this day of the dead inspired skull lip gloss! Inside is liquified brains perfect for rubbing over your lips for the perfect touch!

What?! Lip gloss you say? Never! It’s BRAINS!

Mad-Style.com Sophia Chevron Headband ($7.95, $3.95 on the website) And finally a headband in perfect Halloween purple and gold! Great for all year round but especially this month!

October is one of my favorite months for boxes because of subscriptions like this that nail a fun holiday theme! The total value was about $48 this month, which is fantastic!
