Hard to get excited about lackluster boxes. Especially when you are a longtime subscriber and the newbies receive the better boxes. I would just like to receive the promised replacement product for the Sabon oil replacement from last month’s box. GB promised I would receive by last Friday. Still nothing. The Sabon oil was supposed to include the lotion as well and it was not included in last month’s box. Glossy’s customer service is really not good these days. If this keeps up I will be canceling.
