Eternally in Amber Subscription Box Review & Coupon – July 2016

Eternally In Amber Box is a bi-monthly artisan-crafted hair accessories subscription box.  Every other month you’ll receive a box of gorgeous hair accessories and styling tools like barrettes, combs, hair claws, and more.  Choose between the Basic Box ($15 for 2-3 items) and Deluxe Box ($25 for 4-6 items) options.

Everything is safely packed under tissue paper (removed for photo) and in squiggles for protection.

The note, attached to the box lid, gives some insight to the theme and has details on each of the pieces in the box.

The July Deluxe box!

Black Granite Hair Clamp ($12):  An exclusive piece for the July box, this clamp is a combination of a hair claw and a pinch clamp.  It’s a bit large for my fine hair, but does hold a quick twist for me.  The clamp is VERY strong.  In my opinion, this would be an essential tool for someone with thick hair.  The black granite pattern is very pretty, with hints of pink and purple.

Black Shell Crystal Side Comb ($12):  This is such an elegant piece with an antique (Victorian?) style.  The gold beading and Swarovski crystals add a bit of sparkle to your up-do.  This side comb has slightly longer teeth and would also look nice in a chignon.

Misty Brown Double Chignon Pic ($8):  “Fall is all about the messy bun and top knot.  Use this pic to push through your hair to hold in place and add a sleek finish.”  I am probably the only person who has not been able to master these styles.  However, this pic is just too pretty not to try again.  It has a simple but classic design, and the misty brown is more tortoise shell.

Purple Multi Oversized Hair Clip ($8):  My clip doesn’t look so much purple as it does pink granite.  Regardless, it is really pretty.  I like clips like these because they snap into place and don’t move.  This large size will be perfect for holding back my hair on windy fall days.
