Named in honor of great American novelist and poet, Herman Melville, this refreshing cocktail-ready juice is blended with seasonally fresh mangoes and pineapples with a touch of almonds and lime making this a full flavored base for many types of liquor. The fruity and refreshing flavors bring a new height to happy hour and you can say goodbye to sugary hangovers. Pairs well with grapefruit liqueur, ice and a dash of bitters.

This is the founders favorite flavor of her chips, and also mine! Lemongrass is one of those flavors that you don’t see in snacks very often, which is one of the many reasons why these coconut chips could become my new obsession. Lemongrass has a hint of ginger and citrus to it and mixed with the sweet flavors of fruity coconut and chili flakes you really get that satisfying blend of sweet and spicy. None of the flavors are overwhelming so each little crunch has a well-rounded bite that lingers but still leaves you wanting more. Another plus? They’re healthy! They’re baked, free of cholesterol, gluten and preservatives! They’re perfect for diving in and munching on right from the bag but they’re also fun to get creative with. Our kitchen staff made a delicious dish by drenching shrimp in crunched up coconut chips before frying them to make a tropical golden brown coconut shrimp entrée. It’s also terrific sprinkled over creamy Thai soup for a nourishing bowl of Tom Kah Gai. The kitchen has no boundaries and neither do these coconut chips!

Jerk is a cooking style native to Jamaica where chicken is rubbed in very very hot spices. Fortunately for those who don’t like their tongue burned off, this rub is very mild. The flavor is more in the blend of savory and sweet spices rather than the peppery heat. But it does taste very authentic to Jamaican Jerk seasonings without the intense burn. For those who do love heat, the habenero pepper is still a part of the cast it’s just not the leading actor. Our kitchen staff recently made a mouthwatering grilled jerk chicken with roasted pineapples and all we needed was a fruity drink with a little umbrella in it to felt like we right there in Jamaica!

The term “little rattle” comes from the sound of loose seeds when you shake a dried cascabel chile, which I’m glad about because at first I thought it might have something to do with snakes. Regardless, this sauce has quite the bite of smoky, spicy, and complex flavors that will make a night of Mexican food a real fiesta. It resembles all of the flavors of traditional mole but it’s a tad sweeter and is more versatile than regular mole’s. You can pretty much use this on any meat as a finishing sauce, but it’s truly tremendous on enchiladas and ground beef based chili. This sauce came from a San Angel family dish and it’s a great opportunity to play around with it and create your own unique family recipes!

A gentle white balsamic featuring the sweet juicy flavor of Indian Alfoos mangos. Slightly floral and incredibly full of mango taste, this balsamic is a succulent addition to so many dishes! Its delightfully aromatic and pairs very well with mild EVOO’s or our Blood Orange Fused Oil. As delicious on grilled fruit as it is on fish or chicken.
