5 Wacky Women – August 2016

I am going to need to read the information card to understand all the items in the August 5 Wacky Women box. I am curious. But first thing first!

Thank you for being a friend! Am I the only one that gets teary eye over hearing TV theme songs from childhood?

I was at first weirded out by the  Dammit Doll ($12.75). Then T, 17, and I started laughing about it and whacking it. It’s a fun, wacky item that relieves stress. I am still a bit weirded out by it and am going to send it up to the farm where it will enjoy much use.

I adore the Lorraine Gerth Giving Heart ($9.99). The handmade ceramic heart is 2″ in diameter. The USA made muslin bag is hand printed one at a time. The color and design speak to me. I am going to keep it at my computer desk. The small design will help me keep track of tiny objects on my desk!

I wish I knew about the Buggy Hook The Bag Hanger ($8.99) when J (age 7) was younger. It’s made out of lightweight aluminum with a strong foam grip. The stylish, functional hanger can hold a lot of bags. I am going to use it to bring in bags from our next shopping trip.

In Use – Look at all that light!

I am going to attach the Pop Light ($10.00?) to my purse. Pull the top off to activate the light. The strong magnet keeps the carabiner and light together.  I have my photo lights turned off and the regular light turned on in this picture. I am impressed with the amount of light that can be seen from the LED light. It’s an incredibly useful item. It’s also a great item to use when you don’t have a friend to protect you from the scary darkness.

The Lux Blue Hydrangea Candle – 2 Ounce ($9.50) comes in a beautiful reusable glass container. It contains 15% fragrance oil, a zinc core wick, and is made of a paraffin wax blend. The candle should burn over 10 hours and has a lovely, light floral scent. It’s a beautiful candle.

The August box was full of surprises. I enjoyed the “Celebrating Friendship”  theme and absolutely loved the heart. All the items were amazing this month. I love the colors and designs.   It’s a fun box full of useful, beautiful products that you can gift to your friend or yourself!

Fun box! The box needs a code 😉

I have two buggy hooks. The plan was to use them to hook up my diaper bag to the stroller but lately we have been traveling using a foldable wagon and the buggy hooks are easy to latch a diaper bag strap to the wagon for a little bit of security. If the foam grip thing is a winner for you, wrap it up with some fancy duct tape or somethin similar because it can get dingy or fall off. Also I removed the hearts and used them as identification fobs using a circle identification sticker used on items I hope to be returned in case the girl’s lose an item.
