My box did not arrived looking fresh & fabulous. The Umberto Lifting Powder leaked all over my box. There was powder everywhere!
I am all for looking fresh as a daisy in no time flat! The July theme is ‘fresh & FABULOUS’; sounds perfect for the end of July!
The information card has a clean, crisp design that states the products and a brief description.
The July Box has a great mix of items. Everything is small enough to stick in a purse or tote to keep you looking your best. There is a coupon for $3.00 off of a $15.00 beauty purchase.
The Umberto Lifting Powder (.16 oz, $11.99) contents ended up all over the box. I don’t know if it is from the heat or the bottle design, but I am unable to open the cap unless I wish to be covered in powder. Target has this size listed as travel-size. It adds height and volume to hair while taming frizz. A little bit goes a long ways.
The Dove Regenerative Nourishment Shampoo and Conditioner (1 oz, $1.20) are an excellent size for bringing to the gym or while traveling. It has Red Algae and Keratin Complex that helps repairs and nourishes the hair. I like that Target included a matching shampoo and conditioner. It is affordable too if you fall in love with it!
The Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing SPF Moisturizer (1 oz, $5.20) is an oil-free moisturizer that is SPF 15. It has a light, pleasant scent and rubs easily into the skin.
I’ve been wanted to try the Tom’s of Maine Antiplaque & Whitening Toothpaste (1 oz, $1)! The peppermint oil gives it a great minty scent. I tried it out last night and this morning. It left my mouth feeling clean and fresh.
The SweetSpot On-the-Go Wipettes ($1.50) are 98% natural and pH balanced. I am not too sure about using them on my sweetspot but they will come in handy for other parts of my body. I’m not convinced that my sweet spot needs to smell like vanilla blossom.
The NYX Butter Lipstick in Moonlit Night ($6.00) survived the heat! The deep burgundy lipstick feels smooth and creamy when applying it on my lips. The color does not look as dark on my lips and makes my eyes pop. I did take a few pictures, but none of them looked fresh and fabulous.
It has Zelda’s paw of approval!
The July Target Beauty Box fresh & FABULOUS box is an excellent value for a box that is less than $10.00. It’s a great way to try out new products. There’s even a $3.00 coupon included that you can use for when you fall in love with a product. The box was only $7.00 and had a value of around $25.00. That’s over three times the cost!

Still available today, as is the other one. I didn’t order it before, but did now because I like the lipstick. I got one earlier in a different shade (which is why I didn’t order it when it came out – didn’t want 2 the same color). I hope the powder stays in its container, though!

The powder stayed in its container, all right. Unfortunately, the lipstick I got is apparently a nude shade, which is far too light for me. Oh well.
