Shoedazzle July 2016 Subscription Review + Coupon!

Shoedazzle is a showroom subscription from JustFab. You fill out your “sole” profile then visit your Showroom between the 1st and 5th of each month to shop your new selections, priced as low as $39.95.  They carry accessories (including shawls, scarves, handbags) too, as well as clothing.  This is a boutique subscription, which means you can skip the month if you don’t find what you like. I often skip until I get a good coupon!

Hint – they carry the same clothing items at JustFab. I actually picked out the clothing items from JustFab and right before I checked out got an email reminder about a promotion for my ShoeDazzle account – so off I went!

Everything in my July mailer! It’s more than worth mentioning that you earn credits with every purchase – 2.5 style points for every dollar, and no need to review to get your points. That’s a free pair of shoes (or other item) for every ten, which isn’t the biggest deal, but a nice benefit.

Most times – even if you’re a current member, you will get a magazine offer at check out. You can pick your magazine, and then you can keep it, or fill out the refund details and get $10 back, which is a great deal! Exchanges are free.

Fitted Flare Skirt ($29.95) Just what I was looking for! TBH, I popped over to Old Navy ($20 for a knit skirt, nopes!) and didn’t find what I wanted at the Gap. And I really needed a black skirt. This fit the bill.

It’s slightly stretchy, no waistband, and flattering.

Printed Wrap Dress ($39.95 – $15 Stylist Pick) I spent enough to qualify for a discounted stylist pick, and I selected this cute wrap dress. It’s currently on sale for $9.95, for a reason.

Whoops! That’s how it appeared on my body totally tied up. Time to return – it’s free.

FYI – It looks like this item might come with special conditions because it was on special. I’ll select the store credit!

Here’s how it looks on the model. We clearly do not share body types.

Dolman Wrap Dress ($39.95) This was too big on me – and I regret listening to my grandmother who said it was fine. It’s not. It’s too big but now I’ve worn it and I can’t return it. It’s good for a slouch around the house dress, but I do wish I’d listened to myself and exchanged it. I actually love the dress itself – it really lends a nice canvas to statement necklaces (long or collar) or scarves.

Here’s how it is on the model – but it falls off my shoulders. The front wrap part is a little weird – but not quite as revealing on me because of my height.

The quality and construction were respectable. With the promotion I had I spent $54.90 on the three items all together, which is really great, but won’t be quite as good once I return the items, but I was really pleased to get 2 basic black necessary items – and fast! It was under a week from ordering to receipt.
