Paper Card & Things Box is a monthly subscription box for girly girls that contains 3-4 greeting cards, 1 piece of jewelry or an accessory, 6-8 sheet masks and/or beauty items, and 2 stationery items. It is $28.95 a month and is available in 1, 3, or 6 month terms with a discount for longer plans. It ships free to the U.S. with plans to expand to other countries soon. They are also working on a card-only subscription so stay tuned for updates.

I was surprised to see that my package was shipped from Hong Kong! There was a customs tag on the outside of the black plastic mailer bag and a handwritten sticker on the side that said “Fragile”.

Ahh, now this is more like it! I loved the beautiful blue color of the box. As for the company, here is a little more about the people who curate this box:

Founded by expatriates living abroad in Asia, we are constantly awed and inspired by our frequent traveling in Asia as well as Europe. The products we include in our boxes are mostly found overseas, personally discovered during our trips and curated by us. Our goal is to share our discoveries and great products we have enjoyed outside of home through Paper Cards & Things.

There was a pretty paper flower on the outside of the box and a label with the Paper Card & Things motto, which is “Treat yourself. Love others”.

How adorable is this box? I loved seeing all of the pretty pastel colors of these products. It was bright and cheerful and indeed girly.

The theme for July was “Game of Luck” and I think they did a great job of sticking with that. When you sign up you will be asked a few questions so they can customize some of the box items to your specifications, so please be aware that your box may not be the same as mine. They do aim to offer $60+ worth of products in each box.

Urban Dollkiss Sheet Masks ($1.90 each) The first thing that I noticed was a £20 note with Queen Elizabeth smiling at me! Turns out it was a Korean sheet mask and let me warn you, they contain some interesting ingredients (fermented horse placenta!) so of course they are not vegan friendly. These ones are supposed to be safe for sensitive skin.

Nacoo Alice in Wonderland Stickers ($6.40) These are matte rather than glossy stickers but I am not sure quite how I’m going to use them yet. Maybe they could be used to create homemade greeting cards?

These would make a LOT of greeting cards!

They are pretty big stickers and would be great for a planner spread!

Playing Cards Memo Pad ($6.50) This memo pad is the same size as a deck of cards. They suggest playing a game with them but unlike an actual deck of cards these repeat, so there are 4 king of spades, 4 queen of hearts, etc., so I would suggest using them to write notes instead.

Lucky Dice Bracelet ($18) I found a similar bracelet with this toggle closure online but it is silver toned instead of gold toned and listed for $15. I am not one for jewelry so I will be passing it on but it is very cute!

Dabo Eco Lifestyle Multivitamin Face Sheet Mask is supposed to help unbalanced skin and contains lemon extract to nourish the skin.

Flor de Man House Made Juice Sheet Mask contains avocado and lettuce extracts to calm irritated skin. It had a very faint cucumber scent and did leave my skin feeling cool and refreshed.

Soo Beauté Jeju Tangerine Sheet Mask is for moisturizing and whitening the skin. I am pretty white to begin with so I am not sure about that effect. Contains vitamins A & C for their anti-oxidants.

Soo Beauté Jeju Cactus Sheet Mask  is moisturizing and hydrating. The jeju cactus is supposedly high in vitamin C, has whitening properties, and is considered anti-aging.

Here is the back of one of the Soo Beauté masks. It has the ingredients and instructions in English, but not all masks are so enlightening.

Comfort Greeting Card  ($5) The inside of this card reads “May the love that surrounds you bring you comfort and peace”. Includes envelope.

Birthday Card ($5) Inside reads “You got style, Birthday Girl!”. Includes envelope.

Congratulations Boy Baby Card ($5) Blank inside. Includes envelope.

Korres Pomegranate Moisturizing Cream I couldn’t find this exact product online. Korres offers a pomegranate gel cream but the ingredients on these two products differ. It has an expiration date of 10/17 so I don’t think it is old and it had a foil seal over the top, so it must be made for the Asian market. It has a light scent and is light-weight and just right for summer.

I was pleasantly surprised with my first Paper Card & Things box! I especially enjoyed the sheet masks and some of the other items will be passed on and I will add the cards to my stationery stash. This box may evolve over time based on customer feedback. They sent their first box in June and it had a snack but they have decided not to continue sending food items. Using the values given this box is worth around $68 but I think that may be a little high. Still, I liked getting a box of fun, varied items and it was hard to find everything easily online.

What do you think of Paper Card & Things? How would you use those stickers?
