The Stay Regular Monthly Mystery Box is a monthly subscription box offered by That Daily Deal. That Daily Deal says that “The boxes will vary GREATLY month to month. Although we generally are relevant to the season etc, they are not “curated” to a theme like “let’s garden!” or “Let’s get physical!”. There are a lot of boxes out there that focus on that aspect, but ours is blowing your mind with variety and value :)”  The box is huge! This company is a company that is not afraid of shipping costs.  The box in the above picture is $24.99. Shipping is free!!!

My son was a little mad at me this  month as I went ahead and opened the box while he was at work. OOPS! But I am worst than they are when it comes to mysteries. I JUST HAD TO OPEN THE BOX!!!!!

The first item in the box is a box of Lighting Science Light Bulbs. LED light bulbs at that. It says they are soft white but they do give off good lighting.  According to the box they last 20 times longer than the incandescent bulb.

I have not seen a bulb like this before.

HMMM. Well I gave them a try in my living-room ceiling fan and table lamp. I like the light they give off better than the regular bulbs. What do you think of the LED bulbs?  ($6.25 on Amazon)

Next in my box is the KP Industries Raft- Air Pump. It is a pump that you can use to air up rafts or air mattresses during your summer trips. It has the plug for use in your outlets in the car. It is small and can be easily carried. Good thing I go this because I have company over and use my air mattresses often. I am tired of using up batteries in my other pump. Those batteries are EXPENSIVE. ($18.95 EBAY)

Can  you guess what my next item is?

Need a hint?

It is a nylon hammock! Unfortunately my son claimed this item before I could. DARN TEENAGERS. LOL! Seriously, this is a nice hammock and it folds up into a case that is attached to it. I just love when the case is attached. I always lose the cases. It also came with rope to set it up. Sorry I couldn’t get a pic of it set up. I have 1 tree in my yard. I did use my tallest son in the photo to show the length. My son is 6’3″ and it is as tall  as he is. There was no tag on this nor a name for the company. I found one similar on Amazon for $19.99 – you can get this one for $12.49.

Well I am sure everyone could use a good massage every now and then. My last item is a 3-in-1 massage pillow.  After working all day my feet and legs hurt and this massage pillow was made specifically for those areas. It molds to fit with memory foam material. It works great and only requires batteries, not an appointment. So which hurts you the most, legs or feet?($12.98 on Amazon)

Also included were some inserts about this month’s special items and next month’s items.

This subscription is $24.99 a month. The items in the box were worth about $51. What a deal!!! Well not as many items as last month but this box contained larger items. I enjoyed checking out all the goodies -they’re so unique and a real bargain!

Hmm, well, I got the hammock and the light bulbs, but then I got a TopChips kit to make potato (or apple or whatever) chips in the microwave that also has a food slicer with it, and a strange glass that holds a beer if you put it one way and a shot if you turn it upside down (and I don’t drink). My grandson got most of it. I’ve been switching over to LED bulbs and can always use more. I like them a lot better than the CFL ones.

Yes I understand completely. I am becoming a fan of the LED bulbs. That sounds like an interesting glass to have even if you do not drink.

Even when I used to drink, I never understood the attraction of beer. The glass seemed like it would be messy to use the way it claims to work. People who want a beer and a shot want both at the same time, don’t they? My college student grandson thinks I’m trying to tell him something (I also gave him the stemless wine glasses from the last Serendipity box and a wine fridge I won a couple years ago).

This was my first box–I upgraded for an additional $10 and received an 18 can Extreme Cooler Pack (lightweight, very nice) and a sealed box of Disney Star Wars stickers (says that there are over 3100) along with what you received.

Thank you. I don’t know what’s worse, toddlers or teenagers?
