What an adorable box! Crafts, household, and food items. July’s box had summer theme throughout the box. Inside was mat, can cooler, flip flop, a body scrub, and 2 coupons for 2 items.

The first item is the Dyi Send A Flip Flop ($1) in the mail. I have never heard of such a thing. It came with a flip flop and a marker. I sent mine to a friend in Saint Cloud Florida. For privacy I did not take a picture of the finished note. I’m hoping I put enough postage on it, I put at least 5 stamps on it. LOL! This is a novel idea especially for someone that lives in Florida like myself. We wear flip flops all the time here, yes even in the winter. You can purchase a flip flop at any Dollar Tree and send one to your friends.  Do you think your friends would find it strange to find a flip flop in the mailbox?

My next item is a strawberry scrub from Otavea ($10). It is an all natural scrub made with real strawberries, oils, and other natural items. The smell is great. It reminds me of strawberry preserves and even looks like it so be careful not to get the 2 mixed up.  It has good scrubbing qualities but I did not particularly like the oily feel left on my skin after it was rinsed off. Let me know what you think of this?

Everyone can use a coozie for their drinks during the summer. Inside my box is a a bright green Big Brother Can Cooler ($4.95). I have to admit I have not seen this show.  Yet I am using to keep my can drinks cool. This Florida heat is crazy and drinks get warm quick. Do you still use coozies?

I received an item this month that I had yet heard of….a Monkey Mat ($19.99)! It is an item that was on the show Shark Tank. I love that show. The ingenious things people come up with are exciting and this one is no exception. This is a a cloth mat that measures 5’x5′ and has weighted ends.

You can use this at outdoor concerts or picnics, laying out at the beach, or to use on a floor for the babies to play on. Also this mat comes with a pouch that is attached to the mat for ease of keeping up with it. I tend to lose the covers to my folding chairs. There are also loops at the corners to stake it down  in the ground in case of windy weather. In the center is the log and as you can see below,  there are loops to attach baby toys or possibly keys.

Next is a coupon for Nashelle jewelry coupon for 40% of a classic coin necklace. The necklace is lovely and retails normally for $73.00 with the discount it would $43. I haven’t ordered mine yet but I may get one for some one for a Christmas gift. If you have tried this jewelry site let me know what you thought of them. I’ve like what I’ve seen so far on their website.

Last but definitely not least is coupon for Chatbooks. It is an online photo site where you can make scrapbooks out of your photos.  This coupon entitles me to a free book.  I haven’t tried it yet. I am not sure what pictures I want to use yet. I have so many to chose from. The Books start at $8.  What would your picture book be about?

This was a great box with a lot of variety, and for a surprisingly low price! The total value of the items was about $36 + the value of the coupons, if you choose to use them.

Yes, we use coozies all the time! Big Brother is horrible and awesome and addictive… Train wreck. I had to stop watching a few years ago because it was taking up too much of my time!

I got an Otavea lemon scrub once and loved it! But my skin is dry and I liked how soft / smooth it made me feel. I could see how on some that may feel oily.

So is it a reality show? I hear those things can be addicting. Everyone is different which is the way it supposed to be. Yes it did make my skin feel smooth but my skin is naturally oily.

This is a cute box! I used Otavea Scrubs before and can’t recall if it left my skin oily. Did you stir the scrub before using it? The heat can cause the oils to separate from the scrub instead of spreading evenly throughout the scrub.

I did not know that flipflops could be mailed. It sounds like fun!

Yes I did stir it. Still left a oily feel. My friend did receive the flip flop and loved it. Maybe I’ll get one in return.
