Madame Ladybug is a monthly period and time of the month subscription box. For only $23.00 per month, you’ll get a box full of tampons, pads, goodies, and happiness. You can now turn your period into an exclamation point with Madame Ladybug subscription.
I got my ladybox and was actually “excited” for that time of the month. Who doesn’t love gifts?
This box is the May Ultimate Indulgence Ladybox.
The other side was blank. This was the indulgence box, which runs $34 per month.
Everything in my May 2016 Ultimate Indulgence box.
First thing I saw was a Lindt Lindor truffle bar and then a box of Russell Stover chocolates, which are both bonus items since this was the Mother’s Day box. Sadly, they were both melted and the candy bar was actually opened on the end and leaking:( Perhaps this was caused by sending a May box in the middle of June?
I got the following Guilty Pleasures of the Month:
- Assorted Tea Bags
- Double Chocolate Brownie
- Little Muffin Bites
- Milano Cookies
- Quaker Breakfast Bar
- Surprise Snacks
Despite the melted chocolates, these treats were great and much more heat appropriate.
The other bonuses this month are the following:
- Mother’s Day Heart Pendant
- Tinted Lip Balm
- Living Lena Vanilla Brown Sugar Hand & Body Scrub
Jojo’s Chocolate Treat
Perfect for those cravings we get during our “time.”
The Necessities of the month included:
- Branded Pads
- Complimentary Pantyliners
- Summer’s Eve Wipes
- Advil Packets
- Scensibles Disposable Bags
For gear, if you will, I chose pads and liners. Along with that I received disposal bags, Advil and cleansing cloths.
I would chose this box again, for sure. There was a lot in it and it was useful and fun. I do wish the postal service had knowledge that there were food items in the box, though. Perhaps they would have kept it in a cooler area.

I have watched a lot of period unboxing videos and they really inspired me to try a box so I bought one of this brands box and I was SO disappointed. I bought the most expensive one having high hopes, AND I DIDN’T EVEN RECEIVE A BOX. I ordered it November 2017, it’s now August 2018. I’ve waited a while because I’ve heard sometimes they’re a couple months late but now I know it’s just not going to come. So disappointing and not worth the money at all.
I signed up for this subscription based on this review. The box is a lovely idea, and I have received some lovely items, but, I signed up for a three month subscription in April and didn’t receive my third box until November due to a number of delays. There is a serious issue with their services right now and their customer service. Think twice before signing up
