Stitch Box Monthly is a monthly fabric subscription box for sewing. Every month you’ll get two cuts of fabric plus sewing accessories and other goodies! This subscription comes in a flat-rate padded priority mail envelope or mailer, so there’s not much to look at besides the goods.
Everything in the June box! The box insert directed subscribers to the Stitch Box Monthly blog, although there wasn’t anything there when I wrote this post (there may be something up when you read it though!).
Two Crystal Buttons: These are pretty and sparkly!
The buttons have nice big shanks for applying to your finished creation.
Swiss Dot Trim – This opens in the middle so you can actually enclose a raw edge in it and sew it right up, plus it has a cute little edging on it!
Clover 7807 Hold It Precision Stiletto ($10.42) Basically you use this to hold down a folded edge while ironing or sewing to make sure it stays neat (no pins). I’ll give it a try!
Riley Blake Designs Pattern C4764 Blue Modern Mini Cotton ($10.75 per yard)
Riley Blake Designs Pattern C4762 Aqua Modern Mini Cotton ($12.25 per yard)
What cute and fun fabric with a sort of rustic flair! In my head I totally have it that this should make some sort of cute dress for my daughter, but I need to ask my Aunt Vicky for help – I don’t have a clear plan in mind for my fabrics this month.
It would be nice for this subscription to develop more subscriber content but this is a fun way to get new fabrics especially if you don’t have a local fabric store or are unable to get to one.
