A huge box arrived for the doggies! Pet Treater is a monthly subscription that provides high-quality treats and toys for your beloved canine. When you use the code provided below, the first box ships with a complimentary dog bed, which you can see in Brandy’s review and my review. There are three different boxes available based on weight. Small which is 0-20 pounds, Medium which is 21-50, and Large is 51 + pounds.
Looks like I received Lucy’s box. I hope the box is for a large dog. The box is for my largest size dog, Odie, a half Border Collie and half Labrador mix. The box is definitely put together by dog people (and their dogs) — it shows in the carefree styling and attitude of the box.
We received Lucy’s Letter by mistake. It is written by Lambeau, a pizza snatcher!
The June theme is Unleashed! Footloose and Fancy Free. The July theme will be Dog Days of Summer.
The June Animal Rescue Spotlight of the Month is Pet Promise in Columbus, Ohio.
The June 2016 Pet Treater box is packed with fun items for Odie, our Border Collie/Labrador Retriever. I was concerned that the items may be the wrong size for him because of the envelope snafu, but everything looks perfect for him.
The Pet Backseat Car Cover ($8.98) will be useful in my household. It has slits for the seatbelts and a zipper. It also has straps to secure it to the back seat. I am sure we will be using this soon.
Odie loved the Zanies Neoprene Flex-a-Flyers size Large ($15.99). It’s flexible which protects his teeth and durable. It can be tossed, played as a tug of war toy, and it floats on water. We will be bringing it up to the farm where he will have lots of room to play.
The Absorbent Pet Bowl Placemat by Dogs Unleashed ($7.97) is big enough to fit two large-sized bowls. It keeps your floor safe from spills and prevents the bowls from moving. We will be using this at the farm.
Odie enjoyed playing with the Petstages Okra Stick size medium/large ($6.95). The fun shape provides different textures that massage gums. Odie viewed it as a tug of war toy.
All three dogs loved the Wholelife Trail Mix Carrots and Apples (2 oz, $6.29). The treats are made in Massachusetts, USA with USA sourced ingredients. The ingredients are simple – chicken, potato, water, apple, carrot, flaxseed, and sea salt. It sounds yummy to me!
The Red Barn Naturals Sweet Potato Fries (16 oz, $11.95) are a hit with Bella and Odie. Daisy begs for the made in the USA treats and then won’t eat them. The other dogs can’t get enough of them. The single ingredient treat is made in the USA.
I never know what to expect when it comes to the Pet Treater item for your human. This month’s item is a Talking Mustache Keyring ($3.36). J, age 7, loves that it says, “Hello There.”
Here are a few more dog pictures!
Odie is always up for a good game of tug of war. It’s his favorite game.
Odie is relaxing with his flyer. He looks like he is ready for a quick dog nap.
Odie is running around with his stick.
June’s giveaway is a Petzi Treat Cam!
I enjoy the PetTreater Box for a few different reasons. The accessories are useful. Bella and Odie enjoy their treats and toys. The treats are made in the USA. The toys are appropriate for Odie’s size. We are also helping a shelter in need by our purchase. The box has a value of over $50.00 which is great! It’s a wonderful box for dog owners that are looking for more than treats and toys in a subscription box.
