Allure Beauty Box is a monthly beauty subscription service that sends at least 6 deluxe sized product samples and is curated by the editors of Allure Magazine who choose and test the products themselves. It is $15 a month and if you sign up for a year long subscription you will pay for 11 boxes and get the 12th free.

Each box comes with a mini magazine that gives tips on how to use the products, how much the full-sized product costs, and where to purchase.

I received 6 products this month: 3 for the face, and 1 each for hair, nails, and makeup. The items were shipped in a plain brown box that contained a glossy red box inside and there was tissue paper and shredded paper for packing.

Pur-lisse Blue Lotus SPF 30 Essential Daily Moisturizer ($16.50) I know most people don’t get excited when they receive a sunscreen but I love it and this one is perfect for under makeup. It absorbed quickly and has SPF 30 as well as blue lotus and white tea extracts for anti-inflammatory purposes.

Pur-lisse Blue Lotus 4-in-1 Eye Adore Serum ($30.33) More anti-inflammatory blue lotus in this under eye serum that was quickly absorbed and had no sticky or oily residue. Hopefully it will be able to do what it says: firm and brighten, decrease puffiness, and give intensive hydration.

Leaders 7 Wonders Tundra Cranberry Anti-Aging Mask ($6) This Korean sheet mask is drenched in a full bottle of botanical serum! It needs to sit on your skin for 20-25 minutes so put on your favorite sit com, put your feet up, and relax. Maybe wait until the little ones are in bed so they don’t get scared when you look like a mummy instead of mommy. Then remove and rub in the rest of the serum or towel off extra. (Subscribers received 1 of 4 different masks)

Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk ($10) No matter which brand of dry shampoo I have tried I can’t stand any of them because they all leave me looking gray. ALL OF THEM! I did give this a try and it got rid of the greasies but I also tried curling my hair afterwards and it didn’t smell very good when I applied heat. (My mini magazine only showed a dry shampoo option but some people may receive a Klorane Mango Butter shampoo as shown in box spoilers.)

Kardashian Beauty Cabana Bronze ($2.01) Three different shades that can be swirled together to get your ideal color. Matte finish. I have pale skin and didn’t end up with dark streaks.

Julep Nail Color in Cassidy ($14) Bondi Blue Bombshell with a crème finish. This is perfect for summer and I can’t wait to get it on my nails. Julep polishes are vegan friendly and 5-free. (Subscribers received 1 of 3 colors)

Julep has a sticker on the cap for a swatch. How do you swatch the lid, you ask? Just lift the cap off without twisting and presto, there you have it. Swatch away and then push down on the cap to replace.

Here is the Kardashian bronzer swatched on my inner arm. The top part was applied with a brush and was very light. The second swatch was done with my finger.

My June Allure Beauty Box had a value of $78.84! I love the skin care products and nail polish and will pass the dry shampoo along to someone else but that still is an amazing value. Even the polish and mask seem perfect for my needs.

I originally signed up for the May box but it was oversold. I received these items as compensation for not getting the previous box.
