OLLY Vitamins Review – Women’s

OLLY is a new vitamin and supplement brand aimed at making taking your daily vitamins “the simplest, most foolproof, enjoyably good habit you’ll ever start (and never stop).” Naturally – OLLY is available by a monthly subscription. They offer vitamins for adults and kids alike and were started by Method (yes the soap brand you can find at Target or in Grove Co. subscriptions) co-founder Eric Ryan. Each box vitamins combo, but you also can mix and match what you want to receive every month for your family.

OLLY has a complete line of vitamins for the whole family, and they are all gummy vitamins, with 2-4 g of sugar per serving. This makes them palatable, but not off the wall sugary.

The idea behind the vitamins, as you might be able to guess, is to be able to select the ones you want without investigating them too closely – and not have to stress about finding 50 supplements that will work for you or your child.

The multis are tasty although they smell like vitamins! Much more than other gummy vitamins I have tried, and I think they are a bit more vitamin than gummy masquerading as vitamin.

They are multi colored.   I was surprised that there were 45 servings of these, 10 of the energy ones, and 25 of the sleepy ones.

That great big gummy on top is sure to bring some spring in your step- it’s totally packed with caffeine (20 mg). I tried one but it turns out I am not particularly interested in replacing the slow drip afforded by my Coke Zero addiction and haven’t picked up another one, but I might now that I looked at the label and found out that the 60 mg is for 3 gummies (60 mg seemed like a LOT).

The melatonin/sleepy time ones on the other hand are fab. Just what I need to get calmed down at night – it’s reduced my reliance on tv and mindless snacking to turn my brain off. I thought the vitamins were a good choice for a gummy vitamin, but it seems pretty pricey to me! What vitamins have you been taking lately?
