Goodbeing, formerly Goodebox, is a little different than the standard beauty subscription box because it is a discovery service. You may receive beauty products, cosmetics, wellness and sustainable, toxin-free living goods. Each box will contain 4-5 products ranging from trial-size to full-size.
I love Goodbeing because it has a profile that you fill out upon joining. The profile is comprehensive and took me about 15 minutes to fill out. It’s worth the time because the box is customized based upon your answers. It’s ideal for people like me that have specific skincare needs. My box may not look like your box. I would love to hear what is in your box!
The first peek looks great! I am ready to transition over to warmer weather.
The May box looks amazing! I can’t wait to look at everything.
I am excited to see London’s Pedisoaks Foot Masque and Foot Polish (1 oz each, $5.00 each, $10.00 total). London’s Pedisoak also has a subscription box which I reviewed in February. I am out of product and am happy to see it in my GoodBeing box!
The foot polish is a blend of two salts that uses fruit acids and nutshells to buff the skin. The scent is blackened peppermint.
The London’s Pedisoaks Foot Masque is a detoxifying foot masque made out of clay and green tea. Rub on your feet, put them in plastic, and keep them warm in socks. Relax. Ah! Sounds wonderful. My feet will be ready for the warmer weather if it ever arrives. It has a lemongrass scent.
I can’t wait to put the MyChelle Sun Shield Clear Stick SPF 50 (.5 oz, $12.00) to the test. I will be ordering more if this works. It is a perfect size for my purse. It goes on white and rubs in easily. It is free of gmos, gluten, parabens, petroleum, phthalates, silicones, sulfate, ureas, artificial fragrances, and artificial colors. I hope it works because I want to use it for reapplying sunscreen on long drives.
My hair does not need any extra body! The Board and Batten Take Me to the Beach Styling and Conditioning Hair Mist (1oz, $14.00) has a wonderful lavender scent. It also gives hair that body and texture that says, “I’ve been to the beach.” I will use it anyways because it is moisturizing, color-safe, and has a great lavender scent.
The C Concentrate Optimal Skin Protector by Avitalin (.5 oz, $34.00) sounds amazing. It contains 20% l-ascorbic acid and 0.8% ferulic acid. Gently stir and apply a couple drops on face and neck. It protects and brightens the skin, reduces inflammation, and increases collagen cell formation. I tried it on my neck and did not experience any reaction. I am going to try one drop on my face later this week to see how my face reacts.
The Skin Protector product is an excellent example of why I love beauty subscription boxes. I would never buy it to try because my face can be sensitive. I love being able to try it out through GoodBeing. I can also purchase a full-size Skin Protector at a discount if I fall in love with it.
I am happy with my GoodBeing box! I can’t decide if I am most excited about the London’s Pedisoaks or the MyChelle Sun Stick. The value of my box is $70.00 which is excellent. It’s a great month!
